Gary Seymour
Chairman, Non-Executive Director
With over 35 year’s insurance broking and financial services experience, Gary has held senior executive and board positions at National and International Insurance Broking houses. These include Willis where he was the Managing Director, Macquarie Premium Funding where he was CEO and as CEO of PSC Insurance Group.
Gary is also a past Board member of the National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA), and Honorary Life member of the Insurance Institute.
Gary is currently engaged on a number of boards and advisory roles within the financial services sector – including Partners Wealth Group where he was appointed Chairman in 2015.

He prides himself on his ability to lead teams with distinction in financial management, governance, marketing, strategy, merger and acquisition, investment research and compliance.
Away from the pressures of leadership, Mark and his wife Margie enjoy spending time with his four adult children, son-in-law and two grandchildren. When he can, he likes to relax with what he considers the greatest of all inventions – Fox Sports!!!!

Simon joined Partners Wealth Group in late 2020 as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring the delivery of the company’s strategy as the team strives to empower as many Australians as possible to navigate the financial decisions in their lives.
Simon has more than 15 years of experience in financial services, having led Asia Pacific and the Middle East for Western Union Business Solutions. In that time, he drove digital transformation across the region and established new markets in the Philippines and India. Prior to that, Simon was based in Paris where he was the head of Europe, the Middle East and Africa, leading a business turnaround that resulted in exponential year-over-year growth.
Simon’s skill in leading large, complex businesses is complemented by his entrepreneurial drive and ability to execute. As a founder, Simon led the creation of the world’s largest marketplace for live fitness, scaling the platform to a client base covering over 60 countries and securing commercial deals with global fitness brands, professional sporting teams and national organisations. Simon sold his business in early 2020.
Outside of work, Simon enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters – travelling, being active and enjoying life in Melbourne. He is also a dedicated runner and won the 800m state championships in 2021.
Lyn is a highly accomplished HR Professional with over 20 years' global experience across some immensely challenging corporate environments in both Australia & Asia Pacific. Her background showcases that she is a trusted generalist, business partner and leader with a strength and passion in talent management, cultural change, people leadership, coaching and performance management.
Lyn has extensive Talent Management experience including building processes around talent identification, observing and assessing talent, succession planning, career planning and leadership development. She is very passionate about seeing people grow and develop and go on to have meaningful careers.
She has a reputation for building strong relationships across all levels of business, a consultative style and a commercial pragmatism to deliver successful business goals and outcomes.
Over the last few years, Lyn has assisted businesses with their HR needs as well as mentoring up-and-coming HR professionals where she shares her knowledge and passion for HR.
Lyn enjoys spending time with her family and making the most of the Surfcoast lifestyle, walking and running along the beach and the many coastal trails, playing competitive tennis and taking advantage of the coffee spots and cafes with her partner over the weekend.

Gary Doig
Advisor to the Board
At Partners Wealth Group, Gary is assisting the organization to create the capability to plan strategic investment in Technology and to ensure allocation of capital to those projects that expedite achievement of strategic business objectives. Gary is instrumental in ensuring that project execution delivers strategic and business outcomes as agreed.
Gary has spent thirty years working in I.T. functional areas such as Strategy, Application Development, Technical Services, Production Services and CIO. This experience has spanned the Banking and Finance industry, Manufacturing, Gaming and also Professional Services in Australia, Asia and the UK. He has a real interest in the effective use of technology as a business enabler, Automated Operations and managing I.T. assets in a more automated manner.
Gary has two adult children and maintains interests in golf, Italian, wine collecting (tasting being a mandatory phase) and travel.

With more than 15 years of B2B and B2C integrated marketing communications experience across the wealth management, banking, insurance and luxury automotive industries, Kate joined Partners Wealth Group as Head of Marketing in 2020. Kate considers herself fortunate to have worked for some very strong brands throughout her career, having had the opportunity to undertake company rebrands, develop and execute unique marketing campaigns, as well as launch new product lines and digital offerings across complex cross-functional businesses such as ANZ, BMW, Mercedes-Benz and RACV.
Kate is passionate about building strong brands that always deliver the best possible client experience. As Head of Marketing, she is responsible for taking the business to the next level by helping to grow brand awareness, deliver a superior online and offline experience, and work with our partners and clients to communicate the Partners Wealth Group story – and how Partners Wealth Group can truly help to change our client’s lives.
In her spare time, Kate loves good food, great wine, travel and a busy social life with family and friends. Kate enjoys keeping fit with running, boxing, and yoga, and is currently trying to perfect her golf game – a pre-requisite at Partners Wealth Group!

After over 5 years of customer experience and operational management roles within major banks, Todd joined the Client Services Team at Partners Wealth Group in 2017. He holds a Bachelor of Business with majors in Finance and Economics.
Todd is constantly looking to improve our systems and processes to ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience. He is passionate about motivating and developing his team to achieve their maximum potential, as well as their professional aspirations and goals.
Outside of work, you will find Todd running or catching up on the latest TV/films. He is also an avid Richmond Football fan.

As the IT Manager at Partners Wealth Group, Mathew’s role is to strategically manage the flow of information across the group. He understands the importance of communication and works to put clients first in every situation.
Mathew’s more than 25 years of experience in IT bridges both enterprise and mid-sized organisations. As a leader, he is open and pragmatic in his approach, and always looking to empower his team while providing support for their development. He is outcome-focused and passionate about helping people reach their potential and building loyalty within his team.
On a personal level, Mathew is a family man who enjoys spending time with his partner and children. He is also a passionate sportsman who grew up in New Zealand loving rugby.

As the Risk and Compliance Manager at Partners Wealth Group, Deborah is responsible for overseeing the monitoring and supervision of advisers and the advice process. She has over 20 years of experience working in some of Australia’s largest wealth management organisations and global audit and accounting firms, where she has developed and improved risk management frameworks and led teams through significant regulatory change.
Deborah is committed to supporting the strong culture of compliance across Partners Wealth Group. She is an advocate of continuous improvement and believes that all Australians can achieve financial wellbeing by understanding their individual needs and working with advisers to develop a tailored plan.
Outside of work, Deborah can be found touring regional Victoria – hiking, cycling and kayaking with her husband, daughters and their English Pointer Shula.
With a passion for client relationships and small businesses, Kia spent the first 10 years of her career in boutique accounting firms in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, with her most recent role as Practice Manager and Partner.
Since joining Partners Wealth Group in 2016, Kia has drawn on her vast experience to support the Managing Director, Mathew Cassidy in all aspects of his role, while also overseeing client experience and the smooth running of the office.
Outside of work, you will find Kia enjoying herself in the ocean (and trying to get up on a surfboard), at a live music gig, or with family and friends indulging in culinary experiences.

Alex brings over 20 years of accounting and leadership experience to the organisation. Prior to joining Partners Wealth Group, Alex was an audit partner of a leading mid-tier accounting practice and became a trusted advisor to clients, valued for his ability to build strong relationships and become an integral part of their team.
Clients rely on Alex for a second opinion on their business decisions. By gaining a better understanding of their objectives, he is able to guide them as their business changes and develops, identifying different risks and requirements beyond their audit needs. Alex works objectively and impartially, has successfully lead diverse teams to achieve business and client objectives. Alex is also passionate supporting his beloved bombers and is always keen for a round of golf in any conditions.
Graeme joined Partners Wealth Group in July 2021 as Chief Investment Officer. He has over 25 years of investment management experience managing and advising on direct asset and fund of fund portfolios across multiple sectors including superannuation, funds management, asset consulting, insurance and wealth management.
Graeme’s two most recent roles were as Chief Investment Officer at Mutual Trust, a multi-family office and wealth manager, and Chief Investment Officer at AIA Australia Insurance. Prior to this, Graeme held investment roles with Russell Investments, Mercer, AllianceBernstein and BHP Superannuation. He has also consulted within funds management and wealth management.
Graeme is qualified in finance and investments and holds an MBA, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) and a Finsia Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and investments.
Graeme has a strong desire to bring the best institutional quality investments and a structured approach to clients in wealth management by drawing on his experience across the investment industry.
In his spare time, he enjoys running, cycling and hiking, and DIY projects around the home and garden.

Nick is the Managing Partner of Partners Legal Solutions and an advisor to the board of Partners Wealth Group.
Nick has a varied practice focussing on commercial law activities in both public and private contexts. Nick has extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions, insolvencies, and business reconstructions across a broad range of sectors, including construction, financial institutions, mining and technology.
Nick also has extensive experience in working with high-net-worth family groups and is adept at managing liquidity events and putting in place structures and processes to grow (and, if necessary, defend) family wealth.
Nick has been in legal practice for over 35 years, but he regards his experience of working for a small merchant bank during the global financial crisis as being among the most valuable in his career.
Nick is a passionate St Kilda Football Club member and enjoys watching the game with his 5 sons. He is also actively involved as a board member and chairman of several charities.

Marie-Anne heads up the property practice and has a varied breadth of legal experience having worked in her own sole legal practice up to the largest legal firm in Australia. She has worked in private practice her entire career and services clients across a range of complex residential and commercial property transactions and settlements.
Marie-Anne has been a Law Institute of Victoria accredited property law specialist since 2013 and also holds a Masters of Applied Law in Will & Estates.
In Marie-Anne’s down time she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, wrangling her two golden retrievers and planning travel to post card locations.

Alexander (Alex) Nielsen is an experienced solicitor, having practiced in both Australia and the UK specialising in corporate transactions and compliance, tax, asset management and investment law.
Alex has previously worked for some of the largest law firms in the world and, accordingly, his skills and experience make him a fabulous addition to the Group. More specifically, Alex has managed matters from an array of sectors including energy, property, aged care, health care, manufacturing, financial services, technology and hospitality.
In his downtime, you will most likely catch Alex travelling with his family, supporting his local pub or his cherished Melbourne Demons.

Kirsten Presti is in our Corporate Team, specialising in mergers and acquisitions. She has advised in relation to acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and partnerships of both private and public companies.
In addition, Kirsten provides general corporate and commercial advice on a range of legal matters including contract negotiations, shareholder arrangements and regulatory compliance issues.
Outside of work you’ll find Kirsten spending time with her three children, doing pilates, entertaining at home with family friends and when possible, taking time out in the country.

Vaughan is an experienced lawyer focusing on insolvency, corporate restructures, and litigation. He has acted for private clients, companies, lenders and banks in a broad range of litigious matters and is the trusted adviser of many of Melbourne’s leading insolvency practitioners. Separate to insolvency and commercial litigation, Vaughan has expertise in defamation law. He has acted in several high-profile defamation suits for media organisations and against them.
Vaughan is highly regarded for his commercial acumen as well as his desire to resolve matters as quickly as possible.

Matthew is a portfolio analyst and has been with Partners Wealth Group since 2014. Within the Investment Committee, Matthew’s role involves research, portfolio management and operations, including compliance and risk management.
Prior to joining Partners Wealth Group, Matthew worked in Singapore for one of the largest private banks in Asia within Corporate Strategy.
Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne and a Master of Finance from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. He is currently working towards becoming a Chartered Financial Analyst.

James is the General Manager of the Lending team at Partners Wealth Group. A dynamic and engaged member of the business community, he brings experience from both banking and finance broking to his role. He is also a member of the leadership team at Partners Wealth Group.
As General Manager of Lending, James is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the lending and finance broking business within the group. His passion lies in ensuring his team provides outstanding lending advice aligned to their clients' goals and objectives for the short, medium and long term. James is a dedicated leader who also thrives on nurturing talent.
Outside of work, you can find James training in the gym, watching a flick or cheering his beloved Richmond Tigers.

Ben has over 20 years experience in financial services, including being with the National Australia Bank for four years in commercial lending and nine years providing financial advice to high net worth private clients. He then joined a private accounting firm which itself led to joining the St George private clients team in Perth for two years.
Today you will find Ben totally focussed on providing you with that “private client” level of service to help you make the smartest investment decisions you can as you work together to achieve your financial goals.
Apart from having 3 daughters who keep him up to date with technology, Ben also has his wife Lisa to thank for keeping his life in balance.

As an experienced Financial Planner, Carolyn derives great personal satisfaction from helping her clients achieve their goals through high quality personal advice. In conjunction with superannuation, insurance and retirement planning, Carolyn has become particularly experienced in helping women learn how to manage their finances, assisting them in becoming more knowledgeable, experienced and financially independent. She believes in working one-on-one with clients to provide encouragement and support whilst bringing their financial plans to fruition.
She has worked in the financial services industry in Perth WA for the last 20 years, and over that time gained experience in banking, funds management and financial planning. She has completed her studies to become a certified Financial Planner.
In 2005, she had the pleasure to take on the most demanding role of her life, being blessed with a son and then a daughter two years later. Life hasn’t been the same since!

Andrew is also a specialist member of the SMSF Association.
When not assisting clients, Andrew lives with his lovely wife, Jennifer and is kept busy with their two children, as well as the family dog.

Andrew can proudly boast over 20 years’ experience within the financial advisory industry, working for both major financial institutions and small boutique practices.

Like many young Australians, Ben originally travelled overseas to the UK to gain valuable work and life experiences before deciding to return to Australia to further his financial planning career.

Luke is also a highly skilled specialist in the aged care sector, providing specialist advice to families in this complex area. As a founding committee member of the Association of Age Service Professionals, it is no surprise that Luke is a regularly sought after commentator on aged care issues

Brady Black is a Senior Advisor who started working with Partners Wealth Group in 2021. He provides strategic financial advice to our HNW, self-managed super fund, family and proprietary clientele. His primary focus is on growing our Private Wealth footprint across the business and providing high class, quality advice to our clients and partners.
Brady is an experienced wealth management advisor and executive who has worked with some of Australia's top investment groups and fund managers such as Colonial First State, Citigroup and BT Financial Group. He has also worked for top and mid-tier accounting firms providing corporate and private investment management services.
Brady places a strong emphasis on relationship management and client service. From his experience in the finance industry, he knows that the best way to help someone is to give them the tools, guidance and power to help them achieve their goals and objectives.
Brady is experienced in team management and leadership, and provides strategic investment advice, financial and tax-related guidance to ensure his clients achieve their goals. Brady's expertise includes direct investment management, project management, financial markets advice and pension or superannuation advice in relation to self-managed superannuation and family private trust entities.

Justin Lip joins Partners Wealth Group as a Senior Adviser with over 20 years in the industry. Together with his extensive network of specialists, he offers unique tailored solutions to complex family groups, business owners and individuals. Justin has built and developed an exemplary professional career through great client advocacy to mentoring and leading advisers within the industry. He is passionate to explore and elevate financial status quo through sharing his knowledge and experiences.
In his free time, he enjoys trail hiking in the outback and discovering a café that serves exceptional coffee.

Angus is skilled Financial Planner who joined Partners Wealth Group in 2020 and currently works with the joint venture team at Teamwork Accounting.
Angus started his financial planning career in 2014 at a boutique financial planning company on Collins Street in Melbourne, before working his way to becoming an advisor in 2016. He then moved to ANZ in 2018 and worked as a Financial Planner for the north and south eastern districts of Melbourne. He has recently completed a Master of Commerce majoring in financial planning at Deakin University.
Outside of work, Angus enjoys going to the gym and eating out at restaurants whenever he can.

Lisa has had 18 years’ experience in the financial planning industry working mainly in private practices in addition to a few years in one of the big industry funds.
Lisa believes everyone can benefit from strategic financial advice and enjoys creating long lasting relationships with her clients. Lisa aims to remove the complexity and finds fulfilment in giving her clients clarity and the guidance they need to reach their goals and live life to the fullest.

Tom joined Partners Retirement Planning & Investment Advisors in 2016 after relocating to Melbourne. Upon completing his Bachelor of Commerce degree specialising in financial planning, Tom was chosen and mentored by industry leading investment & risk specialists to further develop his passion of helping clients achieve their financial independence through the provision of highly personalised and quality advice.
As a shareholder of the company, Tom is a passionate believer that a great client/advisor relationship is by-product of regular communication and which allows him to keep fully abreast of his clients everchanging situation. Tyson joined Partners Wealth Group in 2017 after completing his Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in finance) at La Trobe University.
Since then, he has worked closely with a variety of advisers becoming efficient in implementing insurance advice as well as super and investment advice.
Tyson prides himself on the relationships he builds with clients and works closely with advisers to get his clients' financial plans and goals on track. His end goal is to become an adviser himself.
Tyson is a huge fan of Collingwood Football Club and Liverpool FC in the EPL.

Lachlan joined Partners Wealth Group in early 2018 while completing his Masters of Banking & Finance at Monash University, having already completed a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Politics and Economics) at the University of Melbourne.
Since joining he has been working closely with senior advisers, becoming efficient in the implementation of a wide-range of superannuation, insurance and investment advice.
Lachlan prides himself on building strong relationships and rapport with clients while striving to consistently exceed their expectations.
In his spare time, you will find Lachlan playing football for the University Blacks in the VAFA and following the Western Bulldogs.

Tim joined Partners Wealth Group in 2017 as an intern while completing his degree at Monash University. His motivation, skills and value were quickly recognised and upon the completion of his internship, and he eagerly accepted the opportunity to join the team on an ongoing basis.
Tim has worked closely with advisers and clients to assist in the implementation of financial advice and ultimately working towards achieving the financial goals of our clients. He prides himself on being a positive and enthusiastic individual who uses that energy to build relationships with clients.
Tim enjoys cooking while listening to podcasts on self-improvement, economics and general knowledge.
Jacklyn has a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Melbourne. With an interest and a knack for problem-solving, she is continuously honing her skills and expanding her technical knowledge in the field of SMSF. Jacklyn is also a specialist member of the SMSF Association (SSAud).
With her cooperative and gentle nature, Jacklyn enjoys collaborating with her team members and clients. In her free time, she takes delight in playing the flute and baking. She is also a frequent attendee of ballets and musicals.

Jack joined Partners Wealth Group in early 2019 after taking a year off post university to travel the globe. At university, Jack studied a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Melbourne (Majoring in Finance and Accounting)
Since joining Partners Wealth Group, Jack has shown an eagerness to learn and prides himself on his ability to provide a high level of efficient service to all clients. Jack has worked closely with Thomas Napier and as a team, they deliver a wide array of investment, superannuation and insurance advice to their clients.
In his spare time, you will see Jack running around in the VAFA playing football for the University Blacks football club and supporting his beloved Brisbane Lions.

Heading up our wills, estate planning and probate practice Patrick understands that every estate will come with some level of nuance and complexity, and subsequently he is well equipped to identify and handle all your estate needs.
Prior to joining the legal industry, Patrick’s career centred around hospitality management and corporate sales. His down to earth nature and experience makes him an ideal inclusion not only to our wealth management practice but the company overall.
When Patrick is not at work or studying, you will find him supporting his beloved Melbourne Demons, and given his love for all things food and drink, he enjoys exploring the restaurants and bars that Melbourne has to offer.

Kevin joined Partners Wealth Group in 2016 after making a transition from the solar industry where he worked in project delivery.
Throughout university, he studied a bachelor of commerce majoring in finance and a bachelor of mechanical engineering. Whilst at PWG, he completed a diploma of financial planning.
kevin enjoys working with other finance team members and prides himself on maintaining a calm focus whilst working to ensure deliverables are met within the paraplanning team.
On his spare time, Kevin likes to go skiing in the snow and doing ballroom dancing.

Jacqueline is the Executive Assistant to the Head of Wealth, Patrick Barry. They work closely to grow and maintain the business development and financial advice aspects of the Wealth team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional outcomes to all.
Jacqueline has over 22 years of administrative experience spanning across the military and two of the big banks, thus bringing to Partners Wealth Group a broad knowledge base in admin as well as IT, accounting and business process improvement.
Jacqueline is very much an outdoors girl who loves water-based sports and has even represented Australia in dragon boating. You can also find her rock climbing, hiking mountains, diving shipwrecks or studying in her spare time.

Caris joined Partners Wealth Group in early 2011 as a graduate accountant from University of Melbourne, having completed a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Accounting and Marketing) and is now a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA).
As the senior management accountant at Partners Wealth Group, Caris works closely with all stakeholders to understand their needs and to help them achieve financial and operational excellence. With an emphasis on bringing value to every day interactions, Caris believes strategy is all about the long-term relationship and bringing the vision to life through innovative, efficient and effective day to day execution.
In her spare time, Caris can often be found baking or trying out the latest café and has a love of shopping, interesting textiles and plants.

A highly capable and versatile professional, with significant financial services and business leadership experience, spanning 25 years.
Rachael’s most recent role is as working as an independent consultant within the wealth management industry, primarily in the areas of acquisition framework establishment, negotiation, management and facilitation; Licensee establishment and operations; business planning, optimising operating models and strategy, product development and project management life cycle.
Rachael has had a long and senior-level career at IOOF, DKN Financial Group and Macquarie Group. Her experience spans Wealth (incorporating self-licensed and licensee environments), Business Banking and Retail. She has achieved successful outcomes in relationship management, project management and product development and has had responsibility across Australian geographic areas and New Zealand.
In addition, she has had ownership for all aspects of the value chain, from operations, client engagement and management, through to strategy and implementation.
Rachael’s experience is complemented by a reputation for a direct and inclusive engagement style that drives superior results through cross-functional collaboration, focus and consultation. She has commercial agility and a sharp ability to focus priorities and to establish unity of efforts to manage and deliver results in complex environments.

Tom joined Partners Wealth Group as a Client Associate in mid-2020, bringing with him a passion for IT and process development. Using this knowledge and the skills he developed while working in a previous business development role, he has strived to improve client experience wherever possible.
Tom’s experience in this position sparked a passion for lending, particularly within commercial lending. From early 2021, he has pursued this interest, directly supporting Julie Cassidy to help provide the best outcome for all client requirements.
Tom has developed strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills that he uses to assist clients with all their commercial lending needs.
Outside of work, Tom is currently completing a Bachelor of IT majoring in cybersecurity at Deakin University. When he is not studying, you will find Tom socialising with friends and family, attending a game of footy or improving his woodworking skills.

Michael joined Partners Wealth Group as an Associate in 2020 after completing his Bachelor of Business (majoring in finance) at Swinburne University of Technology. Since then, he has continued his studies and is currently working towards becoming a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Since joining Partners Wealth Group, Michael has worked closely with the advisors to implement strategies, including introducing new superannuation structures and investment advice. His ability to work closely with all stakeholders has seen him quickly build rapport amongst the client base.
Outside of work, Michael loves to get out on the course for a game of golf and has recently joined Peninsula Kingswood Country Golf Club. He also enjoys supporting his AFL team, the GWS Giants.

Cedric joined Partners Wealth Group in 2020 shortly after completing a double Bachelor’s in business majoring in Financial Planning and Accountancy through RMIT University.
Years within the retail and supermarkets industries have provided the foundational tools in his understanding of building client rapport to assist in establishing effective solutions to maximise the overall experience of a client.
His many years playing soccer have contributed to his professional development through learning about resilience, teamwork and a results-driven attitude, all of which undermine his character.
He also finds solace in travelling, music and socialising with friends & family.

Bessie joined Partners Wealth Group in 2021 as a Portfolio Admin/Junior Portfolio Analyst after working at a fast-growing brokerage firm specialising in derivative trading. As a detail-orientated problem solver, she is currently applying her skills in the areas of portfolio administration and compliance.
Bessie holds a Bachelor of Banking and Finance from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, a Master of Management (Accounting) from the University of Melbourne and a Diploma of Financial Planning. She is currently working towards becoming a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Bessie is a creative person who enjoys reading books about art in her spare time, as well as trying her hand at different painting styles. She is a keen potter and is interested in home DIY. She is currently planning to combine her passions by building a mini pottery studio in her home.

George joined Partners Wealth Group in January 2021 as a Graduate SMSF Auditor, after completing a Bachelor of Business at Monash University with a double major in accounting and business law.
With an academic background in audit and compliance, George has expanded his skills and technical knowledge to specialise in the SMSF field. He takes pride in his careful and collaborative approach, working closely with his team members to ensure that every client’s SMSF is compliant.
George has strong experience in the hospitality industry, including working in event management and as a cook for an AFL team. His attention to detail, ability to collaborate and problem-solving skills have translated seamlessly into his new role in SMSF auditing.
In his spare time, George enjoys playing basketball and is a keen NBA fan and follower of the LA Lakers.

Georgia joined Partners Wealth Group as a Client Experience Assistant in January 2021. In this role, she ensures that every client experiences exceptional customer service and remains a priority within the business.
Georgia prides herself on having excellent customer service and client relationship skills which she honed while working in the hospitality industry. She is currently studying at RMIT and is completing a Bachelor of Business, majoring in marketing. After finishing her degree, she hopes to work closely with the marketing team at Partners Wealth Group where she will be able to build her skills and explore her passion for marketing.
In her spare time, Georgia enjoys spending time with friends and family, walking along the beach, and travelling the world. Her favourite place to travel is France as she previously had the opportunity to stay with a host family and immerse herself within the French culture.

From professional AFL player to Account Manager at Partners Wealth Group, Luke Ball has had a career trajectory unlike many in the finance industry. In early 2021, Luke arrived fresh from nearly 20 years in the AFL industry as a player, coach, administrator, and media personality. His experience working in a high-pressure, dynamic environment with driven and motivated people has given him an excellent skillset to become part of the Partners Wealth Group team.
Luke is an Account Manager, which involves acting as the connector between Partners Wealth Group’s partner accounting firms and the experts within our business units. He manages existing relationships and works hard to ensure that client service delivery is at a consistently high standard and that value is being added for their clients. Luke’s work is in line with Partners Wealth Group’s purpose and vision of personalised advice, and empowering people to navigate life’s financial decisions to achieve peace of mind.
Luke has three young daughters and loves spending time with his family and his friends from school and footy. He also enjoys keeping fit and healthy, walking his black Labrador Juno, listening to music and podcasts, and reading autobiographies.

Gerald is a Portfolio Analyst who joined Partners Wealth Group in 2021. His responsibilities include investment research, portfolio construction and operations, including risk management. He uses his expert research and analytical skills to provide support to the Investment Committee and Wealth team within the business.
Prior to joining Partners Wealth Group, Gerald worked as an Investment Analyst at an international equity growth fund. He also has a wealth of experience in various investment roles. Gerald started his career at Deloitte and spent more than four years at Vanguard Investments prior to joining his current team. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from Monash University and is a CFA Charterholder.
Outside of work, Gerald loves travelling and even had an adult gap year across Latin America and Europe in 2019. He also enjoys watching sport, staying active and reading.

Ike Ogbonnaya joined Partners Wealth Group in 2021 as an Associate after completing a Bachelor of Business majoring in Financial Planning and a Diploma of International Business.
Ike works alongside the Financial Advisors to assist with the implementation of financial strategies across investments and superannuation structures. He was initially drawn to financial planning because he is passionate about helping clients reach their goals.
Prior to starting at Partners Wealth Group, Ike worked at Nike which gave him relationship-building skills and experience in establishing innovative solutions to enhance the experience of colleagues and clients.
In his spare time, you can find Ike keeping fit in the gym, playing basketball and spending time with friends and family.

Having completed a brief stint at University and a short career on the rugby pitch, Angus found a home in the equipment finance industry. The following decade would be spent applying his trade to all forms of applications, products and services across industries from Agriculture to Woodworking and all stops in between.
Angus’ dedication to personalised service and “walking the extra mile” for his customers is something he is immensely proud of and one on which strong relationships are born. He has sound experience in funding for new business ventures, all the way through to multinational organisations.
Angus holds a diploma in Financial Services (Mortgage & Finance Broking) and is a member of the Commercial Asset Finance Brokers Association of Australia (CAFBA).
When not taking care of his clients, Angus enjoys spending time with wife Sophie, daughter Isobel and son Lachlan, on the golf course, at the rugby or on his farm outside of Sydney in Oberon.

Andrew grew up on a sheep and grain property in Narrandera, an hour’s drive from Wagga Wagga, South West of Sydney in NSW’s Riverina district. He left Narrandera in 1992 to attend boarding school in Sydney and has stayed in Sydney ever since.
Having flirted with the idea of becoming a journalist, in 2003 he found his place in the equipment finance world.
Andrew’s passion is listening to business’ needs and finding the right products and services for them. By understanding more than just the immediate equipment requirements, providing greater business solutions, and having a genuine desire to help clients fulfil their goals, many clients have become friends which is his ultimate reward.
Andrew holds a Diploma in Financial Services (Mortgage and Finance Broking) and is a member of the Commercial Asset Finance Broking Association of Australia (CAFBA).
Time away from work is spent with family and friends usually travelling, sporting or dining out. At its best, it’s all three!

Adem joined Partners Wealth Group as an Associate in 2021 after completing a Bachelor of Financial Planning at RMIT. In this role, he assists the Financial Advisors with the maintenance and organisation of client relationships.
Adem has a passion for helping people achieve their goals, which drew him to the world of financial planning. He enjoys the the finance side of the role, as well as working with a wide array of clients.
Adem’s previous role was a stock management position that involved working inside a distribution warehouse, which gave him experience working with KPIs. He has also held customer service positions, which has helped to improve his rapport with clients.
Outside of work, Adem enjoys watching and participating in soccer matches, playing video games and collecting sports memorabilia. He is particularly passionate about collecting soccer cards.

Nadeine joined Partners Wealth Group in late 2021 as the Client Experience Coordinator. After 5 years customer service experience in the recreation industry with a focus on management and customer experience, Nadeine was looking to diversify her skills and implement them in a corporate environment.
Her role is to ensure that every interaction that a client experiences in the office is professional, engaging, and helpful. She also assists the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director with various projects and is responsible for the design and delivery of various client experience initiatives that are in line with our clients’ preferences.
She has a great understanding for the need of personable and professional engagements within a workplace which encompasses a desire to deliver an exceptional client experience every time.
Outside of work you will find Nadeine in the kitchen cooking up a feast for herself and her family. She also enjoys painting and being outdoors amongst nature to wind down.

Anjuli’s role at Partners Wealth Group involves ensuring every client’s SMSF is compliant with all rules and regulations. She is currently handling the first stage preparation for the audit process.
Anjuli previously worked as a student mentor at Deakin University where she helped students with adjusting to university life. After completing a degree in accounting and finance, she wanted to learn more about the SMSF part of the finance industry and decided to move into the area. Her attention to detail, teamwork skills and problem-solving skills have been extremely helpful in her new role.
Outside of work, Anjuli likes to read books and go for walks.

Edward Tai, born and educated in Hong Kong is admitted in Australia (NSW & SA), Hong Kong, England, and Wales. He started off his legal career by practising as a commercial litigator in Hong Kong, handling primarily cross-border commercial disputes involving companies investing in Mainland China, disputes over real properties and legal proceedings relating to corporate insolvency and restructuring.
After that, Edward went in-house and worked with prominent listed Chinese and Hong Kong corporations in different roles of counsel, head of legal and company secretary. In the last 10 years, Edward has been mainly focussed in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and listing compliance, while helping Chinese enterprises acquire strategic assets overseas. He also served as the legal and executive director of an ASX listed gold mining company based in Perth.
Edward holds a Bachelor of Law (Hon) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Law from the University of Hong Kong, a Graduate Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the University of Technology, Sydney, and a Master of Law (Corporate & Commercial Law) from the University of New South Wales.
Edward is fully bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and can provide legal advice and drafting legal documents in both languages.
Edward is a special counsel at Partners Legal Solutions based in Sydney, and a consultant to Robinsons Lawyers, a Hong Kong law firm.

Cathleen’s role at PWG is to help bring our clients’ goals to life by working closely with our Financial Advisers, implementing financial strategies across many facets including superannuation, insurance and investments.
With over 8 years of experience in customer service roles, Cathleen is well versed in the interpersonal skills that are central to her role as an Associate. She prides herself on her ability to build positive relationships with others and meet their individual needs beyond expectations.
Cathleen was initially drawn to the financial services industry through her interest around strategic wealth management. This, coupled with her passion for helping others, motivated Cathleen to pursue a career in the industry and one day become a Financial Adviser herself.
Outside of work, Cathleen enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, travelling and being active outdoors as much as possible. She is extremely passionate about soccer and can be found competing on the pitch every Sunday.

Matt joined PWG in December 2021 as an associate. Being an associate, he provides support to our financial advisors and ensures a positive experience for all clients.
Working as a sales assistant in retail further developed his customer service skillset that has greatly aided in all aspects of communication between advisers and clients.
The industry took his interest as he can see the work he completes directly contributes to the benefit and success of our clients in which is very rewarding to himself.
In Matts spare time he enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. His hobbies include going to the beach and playing/following soccer and basketball.

Mitchell joined Partners Lending as an associate under the residential branch of lending. He has completed a degree in Commerce with a major in accounting at Monash University. In his role he manages key relationships with clients and liaises with banks.
Mitchell has experience working in the insolvency industry, landscaping and administration duties. His experience has developed his client management skills and financial understanding which underpins his day-to-day tasks.
Mitchell’s major motivational tool at work is to improve the lives of others. Home loans can be an extremely emotional process and to guide clients throughout the lending process drew him to his current role.
As an adventurous young man Mitchell enjoys playing and watching basketball, football and golf. He is incredibly passionate about his Melbourne Football Club and endeavours to learn how to surf.

Simon joined Partners Wealth Group in October 2021 as Head of Finance.
Simon previously spent 24 years with Ferrier Hodgson, initially undertaking major corporate recovery and turnaround assignments. One of Simon’s significant roles was overseeing the trading of Pasminco Limited, at the time the world’s largest zinc and lead producer with turnover of over $2bn, following Pasminco Limited being placed into Voluntary Administration.
Simon subsequently transitioned to become Chief Financial Officer / Chief Operating Officer for the national firm. As part of his role, Simon drove the merger of the Melbourne and Sydney practices in 2005, and a second merger with Brisbane and Perth in 2012. Simon also played a pivotal role in the sale of Ferrier Hodgson to KPMG in 2019.
One of Simon’s objectives within PWG is to position the finance team to support the future growth targets and development of the organisation.
Outside PWG, Simon will invariably be found at the weekend on a racecourse. Simon is an extremely passionate horse racing fan and owner, and is a member of 7 clubs in Victoria.

Mary joined the PWG Finance Team in November 2021 after almost 7 years in a Private family office. In this role she gained exposure to accounting for various types of investments, managed the cashflow needs of the Group, and liaised with a number of Banks and Fund Managers.
Mary also has experience in public practice and insurance and her well-rounded experience, together with her interest in Financial Planning and Wealth Management, drew her to this role at PWG. Mary is keen to learn about all facets of the business, play an active part in the growth of the organisation, and get a better understanding of investing in financial markets.
Outside of work Mary enjoys catching up with friends for coffee/dinner, walking her 2 labradors, and playing netball.
PhD, MSc, BSc
Mena joined Partners Wealth Group as a data scientist in 2021. Her responsibility is to provide accurate and insightful BI reporting and analysis to enable data-driven decision making. She hopes her work will help more clients benefit from the financial services offered by PWG.
Mena has always aspired to leverage her data skills to make a positive impact on people’s lives. For example, during Victoria’s COVID-19 surges in 2020 she volunteered to post daily data visualisations based on DHHS data on Twitter.
Before moving to Melbourne with her family, Mena taught at two universities in Hong Kong for six years. Her courses covered quantitative research methods (including survey design and implementation), statistical analysis and data visualisation. One key element of her teaching involved mentoring graduate students to translate real-world problems into data questions, answer them through data analysis and translate the data answers back to actionable insights. She has published two textbooks, one on research methods and the other on data collection.
Outside of work, Mena loves to play with data and learn cool new tools and packages for data science. Mena and her family are volunteer puppy carers for Vision Australia, and they enjoy living with and training future guide dog puppies. She is also a parent helper at the sunday school at St Tom’s Anglican.

Sereyboth joined Partners Wealth Group in 2019 after completing his Master of Management (Accounting) at The University of Melbourne. He also holds a Bachelor of Business with a double major in economics and finance.
With a passion for investing and retirement planning, Sereyboth was naturally drawn into the field of SMSF where he is now working closely with clients on financial and compliance audits of their SMSFs. He prides himself on the quality of his work thanks to his attention to detail skills and his ability to collaborate effectively with his team members.
Prior to joining Partners Wealth Group, Sereyboth was a student mentor at his university where he assisted students with their academic objectives.

With over 35 year’s insurance broking and financial services experience, Gary has held senior executive and board positions at National and International Insurance Broking houses. These include Willis where he was the Managing Director, Macquarie Premium Funding where he was CEO and as CEO of PSC Insurance Group.
Gary is also a past Board member of the National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA), and Honorary Life member of the Insurance Institute.
Gary is currently engaged on a number of boards and advisory roles within the financial services sector – including Partners Wealth Group where he was appointed Chairman in 2015.

He prides himself on his ability to lead teams with distinction in financial management, governance, marketing, strategy, merger and acquisition, investment research and compliance.
Away from the pressures of leadership, Mark and his wife Margie enjoy spending time with his four adult children, son-in-law and two grandchildren. When he can, he likes to relax with what he considers the greatest of all inventions – Fox Sports!!!!

Simon joined Partners Wealth Group in late 2020 as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring the delivery of the company’s strategy as the team strives to empower as many Australians as possible to navigate the financial decisions in their lives.
Simon has more than 15 years of experience in financial services, having led Asia Pacific and the Middle East for Western Union Business Solutions. In that time, he drove digital transformation across the region and established new markets in the Philippines and India. Prior to that, Simon was based in Paris where he was the head of Europe, the Middle East and Africa, leading a business turnaround that resulted in exponential year-over-year growth.
Simon’s skill in leading large, complex businesses is complemented by his entrepreneurial drive and ability to execute. As a founder, Simon led the creation of the world’s largest marketplace for live fitness, scaling the platform to a client base covering over 60 countries and securing commercial deals with global fitness brands, professional sporting teams and national organisations. Simon sold his business in early 2020.
Outside of work, Simon enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters – travelling, being active and enjoying life in Melbourne. He is also a dedicated runner and won the 800m state championships in 2021.
Lyn is a highly accomplished HR Professional with over 20 years' global experience across some immensely challenging corporate environments in both Australia & Asia Pacific. Her background showcases that she is a trusted generalist, business partner and leader with a strength and passion in talent management, cultural change, people leadership, coaching and performance management.
Lyn has extensive Talent Management experience including building processes around talent identification, observing and assessing talent, succession planning, career planning and leadership development. She is very passionate about seeing people grow and develop and go on to have meaningful careers.
She has a reputation for building strong relationships across all levels of business, a consultative style and a commercial pragmatism to deliver successful business goals and outcomes.
Over the last few years, Lyn has assisted businesses with their HR needs as well as mentoring up-and-coming HR professionals where she shares her knowledge and passion for HR.
Lyn enjoys spending time with her family and making the most of the Surfcoast lifestyle, walking and running along the beach and the many coastal trails, playing competitive tennis and taking advantage of the coffee spots and cafes with her partner over the weekend.

Gary Doig
Advisor to the Board
At Partners Wealth Group, Gary is assisting the organization to create the capability to plan strategic investment in Technology and to ensure allocation of capital to those projects that expedite achievement of strategic business objectives. Gary is instrumental in ensuring that project execution delivers strategic and business outcomes as agreed.
Gary has spent thirty years working in I.T. functional areas such as Strategy, Application Development, Technical Services, Production Services and CIO. This experience has spanned the Banking and Finance industry, Manufacturing, Gaming and also Professional Services in Australia, Asia and the UK. He has a real interest in the effective use of technology as a business enabler, Automated Operations and managing I.T. assets in a more automated manner.
Gary has two adult children and maintains interests in golf, Italian, wine collecting (tasting being a mandatory phase) and travel.

With more than 15 years of B2B and B2C integrated marketing communications experience across the wealth management, banking, insurance and luxury automotive industries, Kate joined Partners Wealth Group as Head of Marketing in 2020. Kate considers herself fortunate to have worked for some very strong brands throughout her career, having had the opportunity to undertake company rebrands, develop and execute unique marketing campaigns, as well as launch new product lines and digital offerings across complex cross-functional businesses such as ANZ, BMW, Mercedes-Benz and RACV.
Kate is passionate about building strong brands that always deliver the best possible client experience. As Head of Marketing, she is responsible for taking the business to the next level by helping to grow brand awareness, deliver a superior online and offline experience, and work with our partners and clients to communicate the Partners Wealth Group story – and how Partners Wealth Group can truly help to change our client’s lives.
In her spare time, Kate loves good food, great wine, travel and a busy social life with family and friends. Kate enjoys keeping fit with running, boxing, and yoga, and is currently trying to perfect her golf game – a pre-requisite at Partners Wealth Group!

After over 5 years of customer experience and operational management roles within major banks, Todd joined the Client Services Team at Partners Wealth Group in 2017. He holds a Bachelor of Business with majors in Finance and Economics.
Todd is constantly looking to improve our systems and processes to ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience. He is passionate about motivating and developing his team to achieve their maximum potential, as well as their professional aspirations and goals.

As the IT Manager at Partners Wealth Group, Mathew’s role is to strategically manage the flow of information across the group. He understands the importance of communication and works to put clients first in every situation.
Mathew’s more than 25 years of experience in IT bridges both enterprise and mid-sized organisations. As a leader, he is open and pragmatic in his approach, and always looking to empower his team while providing support for their development. He is outcome-focused and passionate about helping people reach their potential and building loyalty within his team.
On a personal level, Mathew is a family man who enjoys spending time with his partner and children. He is also a passionate sportsman who grew up in New Zealand loving rugby.

She has over 20 years of experience working in some of Australia’s largest wealth management organisations and global audit and accounting firms, where she has developed and improved risk management frameworks and led teams through significant regulatory change.
Deborah is committed to supporting the strong culture of compliance across Partners Wealth Group. She is an advocate of continuous improvement and believes that all Australians can achieve financial wellbeing by understanding their individual needs and working with advisers to develop a tailored plan.
Outside of work, Deborah can be found touring regional Victoria – hiking, cycling and kayaking with her husband, daughters and their English Pointer Shula.
With a passion for client relationships and small businesses, Kia spent the first 10 years of her career in boutique accounting firms in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, with her most recent role as Practice Manager and Partner.
Since joining Partners Wealth Group in 2016, Kia has drawn on her vast experience to support the Managing Director, Mathew Cassidy in all aspects of his role, while also overseeing client experience and the smooth running of the office.
Outside of work, you will find Kia enjoying herself in the ocean (and trying to get up on a surfboard), at a live music gig, or with family and friends indulging in culinary experiences.

Clients rely on Alex for a second opinion on their business decisions. By gaining a better understanding of their objectives, he is able to guide them as their business changes and develops, identifying different risks and requirements beyond their audit needs. Alex works objectively and impartially, has successfully lead diverse teams to achieve business and client objectives. Alex is also passionate supporting his beloved bombers and is always keen for a round of golf in any conditions.
Graeme joined Partners Wealth Group in July 2021 as Chief Investment Officer. He has over 25 years of investment management experience managing and advising on direct asset and fund of fund portfolios across multiple sectors including superannuation, funds management, asset consulting, insurance and wealth management.
Graeme’s two most recent roles were as Chief Investment Officer at Mutual Trust, a multi-family office and wealth manager, and Chief Investment Officer at AIA Australia Insurance. Prior to this, Graeme held investment roles with Russell Investments, Mercer, AllianceBernstein and BHP Superannuation. He has also consulted within funds management and wealth management.
Graeme is qualified in finance and investments and holds an MBA, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) and a Finsia Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and investments.
Graeme has a strong desire to bring the best institutional quality investments and a structured approach to clients in wealth management by drawing on his experience across the investment industry.
In his spare time, he enjoys running, cycling and hiking, and DIY projects around the home and garden.

Nick is the Managing Partner of Partners Legal Solutions and an advisor to the board of Partners Wealth Group.
Nick has a varied practice focussing on commercial law activities in both public and private contexts. Nick has extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions, insolvencies, and business reconstructions across a broad range of sectors, including construction, financial institutions, mining and technology.
Nick also has extensive experience in working with high-net-worth family groups and is adept at managing liquidity events and putting in place structures and processes to grow (and, if necessary, defend) family wealth.
Nick has been in legal practice for over 35 years, but he regards his experience of working for a small merchant bank during the global financial crisis as being among the most valuable in his career.
Nick is a passionate St Kilda Football Club member and enjoys watching the game with his 5 sons. He is also actively involved as a board member and chairman of several charities.

Marie-Anne heads up the property practice and has a varied breadth of legal experience having worked in her own sole legal practice up to the largest legal firm in Australia. She has worked in private practice her entire career and services clients across a range of complex residential and commercial property transactions and settlements.
Marie-Anne has been a Law Institute of Victoria accredited property law specialist since 2013 and also holds a Masters of Applied Law in Will & Estates.
In Marie-Anne’s down time she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, wrangling her two golden retrievers and planning travel to post card locations.

Alexander (Alex) Nielsen is an experienced solicitor, having practiced in both Australia and the UK specialising in corporate transactions and compliance, tax, asset management and investment law.
Alex has previously worked for some of the largest law firms in the world and, accordingly, his skills and experience make him a fabulous addition to the Group. More specifically, Alex has managed matters from an array of sectors including energy, property, aged care, health care, manufacturing, financial services, technology and hospitality.
In his downtime, you will most likely catch Alex travelling with his family, supporting his local pub or his cherished Melbourne Demons.

Kirsten Presti is in our Corporate Team, specialising in mergers and acquisitions. She has advised in relation to acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and partnerships of both private and public companies.
In addition, Kirsten provides general corporate and commercial advice on a range of legal matters including contract negotiations, shareholder arrangements and regulatory compliance issues.
Outside of work you’ll find Kirsten spending time with her three children, doing pilates, entertaining at home with family friends and when possible, taking time out in the country.

Vaughan is an experienced lawyer focusing on insolvency, corporate restructures, and litigation. He has acted for private clients, companies, lenders and banks in a broad range of litigious matters and is the trusted adviser of many of Melbourne’s leading insolvency practitioners. Separate to insolvency and commercial litigation, Vaughan has expertise in defamation law. He has acted in several high-profile defamation suits for media organisations and against them.
Vaughan is highly regarded for his commercial acumen as well as his desire to resolve matters as quickly as possible.

Matthew is a portfolio analyst and has been with Partners Wealth Group since 2014. Within the Investment Committee, Matthew’s role involves research, portfolio management and operations, including compliance and risk management.
Prior to joining Partners Wealth Group, Matthew worked in Singapore for one of the largest private banks in Asia within Corporate Strategy.
Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne and a Master of Finance from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. He is currently working towards becoming a Chartered Financial Analyst.

James is the General Manager of the Lending team at Partners Wealth Group. A dynamic and engaged member of the business community, he brings experience from both banking and finance broking to his role. He is also a member of the leadership team at Partners Wealth Group.
As General Manager of Lending, James is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the lending and finance broking business within the group. His passion lies in ensuring his team provides outstanding lending advice aligned to their clients' goals and objectives for the short, medium and long term. James is a dedicated leader who also thrives on nurturing talent.

Ben has over 20 years experience in financial services, including being with the National Australia Bank for four years in commercial lending and nine years providing financial advice to high net worth private clients. He then joined a private accounting firm which itself led to joining the St George private clients team in Perth for two years.
Today you will find Ben totally focussed on providing you with that “private client” level of service to help you make the smartest investment decisions you can as you work together to achieve your financial goals.
Apart from having 3 daughters who keep him up to date with technology, Ben also has his wife Lisa to thank for keeping his life in balance.

As an experienced Financial Planner, Carolyn derives great personal satisfaction from helping her clients achieve their goals through high quality personal advice. In conjunction with superannuation, insurance and retirement planning, Carolyn has become particularly experienced in helping women learn how to manage their finances, assisting them in becoming more knowledgeable, experienced and financially independent. She believes in working one-on-one with clients to provide encouragement and support whilst bringing their financial plans to fruition.
She has worked in the financial services industry in Perth WA for the last 20 years, and over that time gained experience in banking, funds management and financial planning. She has completed her studies to become a certified Financial Planner.

Brady Black is a Senior Advisor who started working with Partners Wealth Group in 2021. He provides strategic financial advice to our HNW, self-managed super fund, family and proprietary clientele. Brady is an experienced wealth management advisor and executive who has worked with some of Australia's top investment groups and fund managers such as Colonial First State, Citigroup and BT Financial Group. He has also worked for top and mid-tier accounting firms providing corporate and private investment management services.
Brady places a strong emphasis on relationship management and client service. From his experience in the finance industry, he knows that the best way to help someone is to give them the tools, guidance and power to help them achieve their goals and objectives.

Justin Lip joins Partners Wealth Group as a Senior Adviser with over 20 years in the industry. Together with his extensive network of specialists, he offers unique tailored solutions to complex family groups, business owners and individuals. Justin has built and developed an exemplary professional career through great client advocacy to mentoring and leading advisers within the industry. He is passionate to explore and elevate financial status quo through sharing his knowledge and experiences.

Angus started his financial planning career in 2014 at a boutique financial planning company on Collins Street in Melbourne, before working his way to becoming an advisor in 2016. He then moved to ANZ in 2018 and worked as a Financial Planner for the north and south eastern districts of Melbourne. He has recently completed a Master of Commerce majoring in financial planning at Deakin University.
Outside of work, Angus enjoys going to the gym and eating out at restaurants whenever he can.

Lisa has had 18 years’ experience in the financial planning industry working mainly in private practices in addition to a few years in one of the big industry funds.

Tom joined Partners Retirement Planning & Investment Advisors in 2016 after relocating to Melbourne. Tyson joined Partners Wealth Group in 2017 after completing his Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in finance) at La Trobe University.
Since then, he has worked closely with a variety of advisers becoming efficient in implementing insurance advice as well as super and investment advice.

Since joining he has been working closely with senior advisers, becoming efficient in the implementation of a wide-range of superannuation, insurance and investment advice.

Tim joined Partners Wealth Group in 2017 as an intern while completing his degree at Monash University. His motivation, skills and value were quickly recognised and upon the completion of his internship, and he eagerly accepted the opportunity to join the team on an ongoing basis.
Tim has worked closely with advisers and clients to assist in the implementation of financial advice and ultimately working towards achieving the financial goals of our clients. He prides himself on being a positive and enthusiastic individual who uses that energy to build relationships with clients.
Tim enjoys cooking while listening to podcasts on self-improvement, economics and general knowledge.
Jacklyn has a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Melbourne. With an interest and a knack for problem-solving, she is continuously honing her skills and expanding her technical knowledge in the field of SMSF. Jacklyn is also a specialist member of the SMSF Association (SSAud).
With her cooperative and gentle nature, Jacklyn enjoys collaborating with her team members and clients. In her free time, she takes delight in playing the flute and baking. She is also a frequent attendee of ballets and musicals.

Jack joined Partners Wealth Group in early 2019 after taking a year off post university to travel the globe. At university, Jack studied a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Melbourne (Majoring in Finance and Accounting)
Since joining Partners Wealth Group, Jack has shown an eagerness to learn and prides himself on his ability to provide a high level of efficient service to all clients. Jack has worked closely with Thomas Napier and as a team, they deliver a wide array of investment, superannuation and insurance advice to their clients.

Heading up our wills, estate planning and probate practice Patrick understands that every estate will come with some level of nuance and complexity, and subsequently he is well equipped to identify and handle all your estate needs.
Prior to joining the legal industry, Patrick’s career centred around hospitality management and corporate sales. His down to earth nature and experience makes him an ideal inclusion not only to our wealth management practice but the company overall.
When Patrick is not at work or studying, you will find him supporting his beloved Melbourne Demons, and given his love for all things food and drink, he enjoys exploring the restaurants and bars that Melbourne has to offer.

Kevin joined Partners Wealth Group in 2016 after making a transition from the solar industry where he worked in project delivery.
Throughout university, he studied a bachelor of commerce majoring in finance and a bachelor of mechanical engineering. Whilst at PWG, he completed a diploma of financial planning.
kevin enjoys working with other finance team members and prides himself on maintaining a calm focus whilst working to ensure deliverables are met within the paraplanning team.
On his spare time, Kevin likes to go skiing in the snow and doing ballroom dancing.

Jacqueline is the Executive Assistant to the Head of Wealth, Patrick Barry. They work closely to grow and maintain the business development and financial advice aspects of the Wealth team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional outcomes to all.
Jacqueline has over 22 years of administrative experience spanning across the military and two of the big banks, thus bringing to Partners Wealth Group a broad knowledge base in admin as well as IT, accounting and business process improvement.
Jacqueline is very much an outdoors girl who loves water-based sports and has even represented Australia in dragon boating. You can also find her rock climbing, hiking mountains, diving shipwrecks or studying in her spare time.

Caris joined Partners Wealth Group in early 2011 as a graduate accountant from University of Melbourne, having completed a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Accounting and Marketing) and is now a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA).
As the senior management accountant at Partners Wealth Group, Caris works closely with all stakeholders to understand their needs and to help them achieve financial and operational excellence. With an emphasis on bringing value to every day interactions, Caris believes strategy is all about the long-term relationship and bringing the vision to life through innovative, efficient and effective day to day execution.
In her spare time, Caris can often be found baking or trying out the latest café and has a love of shopping, interesting textiles and plants.

A highly capable and versatile professional, with significant financial services and business leadership experience, spanning 25 years.
Rachael’s most recent role is as working as an independent consultant within the wealth management industry, primarily in the areas of acquisition framework establishment, negotiation, management and facilitation; Licensee establishment and operations; business planning, optimising operating models and strategy, product development and project management life cycle.
Rachael has had a long and senior-level career at IOOF, DKN Financial Group and Macquarie Group. Her experience spans Wealth (incorporating self-licensed and licensee environments), Business Banking and Retail. She has achieved successful outcomes in relationship management, project management and product development and has had responsibility across Australian geographic areas and New Zealand.
In addition, she has had ownership for all aspects of the value chain, from operations, client engagement and management, through to strategy and implementation.
Rachael’s experience is complemented by a reputation for a direct and inclusive engagement style that drives superior results through cross-functional collaboration, focus and consultation. She has commercial agility and a sharp ability to focus priorities and to establish unity of efforts to manage and deliver results in complex environments.

Tom joined Partners Wealth Group as a Client Associate in mid-2020, bringing with him a passion for IT and process development. Using this knowledge and the skills he developed while working in a previous business development role, he has strived to improve client experience wherever possible.
Tom’s experience in this position sparked a passion for lending, particularly within commercial lending. From early 2021, he has pursued this interest, directly supporting Julie Cassidy to help provide the best outcome for all client requirements.
Tom has developed strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills that he uses to assist clients with all their commercial lending needs.
Outside of work, Tom is currently completing a Bachelor of IT majoring in cybersecurity at Deakin University. When he is not studying, you will find Tom socialising with friends and family, attending a game of footy or improving his woodworking skills.

Michael joined Partners Wealth Group as an Associate in 2020 after completing his Bachelor of Business (majoring in finance) at Swinburne University of Technology. Since then, he has continued his studies and is currently working towards becoming a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Since joining Partners Wealth Group, Michael has worked closely with the advisors to implement strategies, including introducing new superannuation structures and investment advice. His ability to work closely with all stakeholders has seen him quickly build rapport amongst the client base.
Outside of work, Michael loves to get out on the course for a game of golf and has recently joined Peninsula Kingswood Country Golf Club. He also enjoys supporting his AFL team, the GWS Giants.

Years within the retail and supermarkets industries have provided the foundational tools in his understanding of building client rapport to assist in establishing effective solutions to maximise the overall experience of a client.
His many years playing soccer have contributed to his professional development through learning about resilience, teamwork and a results-driven attitude, all of which undermine his character.

Bessie holds a Bachelor of Banking and Finance from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, a Master of Management (Accounting) from the University of Melbourne and a Diploma of Financial Planning. She is currently working towards becoming a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Bessie is a creative person who enjoys reading books about art in her spare time, as well as trying her hand at different painting styles. She is a keen potter and is interested in home DIY. She is currently planning to combine her passions by building a mini pottery studio in her home.

With an academic background in audit and compliance, George has expanded his skills and technical knowledge to specialise in the SMSF field. He takes pride in his careful and collaborative approach, working closely with his team members to ensure that every client’s SMSF is compliant.
George has strong experience in the hospitality industry, including working in event management and as a cook for an AFL team. His attention to detail, ability to collaborate and problem-solving skills have translated seamlessly into his new role in SMSF auditing.
In his spare time, George enjoys playing basketball and is a keen NBA fan and follower of the LA Lakers.

Georgia joined Partners Wealth Group as a Client Experience Assistant in January 2021. In this role, she ensures that every client experiences exceptional customer service and remains a priority within the business.
Georgia prides herself on having excellent customer service and client relationship skills which she honed while working in the hospitality industry. She is currently studying at RMIT and is completing a Bachelor of Business, majoring in marketing. From professional AFL player to Account Manager at Partners Wealth Group, Luke Ball has had a career trajectory unlike many in the finance industry. In early 2021, Luke arrived fresh from nearly 20 years in the AFL industry as a player, coach, administrator, and media personality. His experience working in a high-pressure, dynamic environment with driven and motivated people has given him an excellent skillset to become part of the Partners Wealth Group team.
Luke is an Account Manager, which involves acting as the connector between Partners Wealth Group’s partner accounting firms and the experts within our business units. He manages existing relationships and works hard to ensure that client service delivery is at a consistently high standard and that value is being added for their clients. Luke’s work is in line with Partners Wealth Group’s purpose and vision of personalised advice, and empowering people to navigate life’s financial decisions to achieve peace of mind.
Luke has three young daughters and loves spending time with his family and his friends from school and footy. He also enjoys keeping fit and healthy, walking his black Labrador Juno, listening to music and podcasts, and reading autobiographies.

Gerald is a Portfolio Analyst who joined Partners Wealth Group in 2021. His responsibilities include investment research, portfolio construction and operations, including risk management. He uses his expert research and analytical skills to provide support to the Investment Committee and Wealth team within the business.
Prior to joining Partners Wealth Group, Gerald worked as an Investment Analyst at an international equity growth fund. He also has a wealth of experience in various investment roles. Gerald started his career at Deloitte and spent more than four years at Vanguard Investments prior to joining his current team. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from Monash University and is a CFA Charterholder.
Outside of work, Gerald loves travelling and even had an adult gap year across Latin America and Europe in 2019. He also enjoys watching sport, staying active and reading.

Ike Ogbonnaya joined Partners Wealth Group in 2021 as an Associate after completing a Bachelor of Business majoring in Financial Planning and a Diploma of International Business.
Ike works alongside the Financial Advisors to assist with the implementation of financial strategies across investments and superannuation structures. He was initially drawn to financial planning because he is passionate about helping clients reach their goals.
Prior to starting at Partners Wealth Group, Ike worked at Nike which gave him relationship-building skills and experience in establishing innovative solutions to enhance the experience of colleagues and clients.
In his spare time, you can find Ike keeping fit in the gym, playing basketball and spending time with friends and family.

Having completed a brief stint at University and a short career on the rugby pitch, Angus found a home in the equipment finance industry. The following decade would be spent applying his trade to all forms of applications, products and services across industries from Agriculture to Woodworking and all stops in between.
Angus’ dedication to personalised service and “walking the extra mile” for his customers is something he is immensely proud of and one on which strong relationships are born. He has sound experience in funding for new business ventures, all the way through to multinational organisations.
Angus holds a diploma in Financial Services (Mortgage & Finance Broking) and is a member of the Commercial Asset Finance Brokers Association of Australia (CAFBA).
When not taking care of his clients, Angus enjoys spending time with wife Sophie, daughter Isobel and son Lachlan, on the golf course, at the rugby or on his farm outside of Sydney in Oberon.

Andrew grew up on a sheep and grain property in Narrandera, an hour’s drive from Wagga Wagga, South West of Sydney in NSW’s Riverina district. He left Narrandera in 1992 to attend boarding school in Sydney and has stayed in Sydney ever since.
Having flirted with the idea of becoming a journalist, in 2003 he found his place in the equipment finance world.
Andrew’s passion is listening to business’ needs and finding the right products and services for them. By understanding more than just the immediate equipment requirements, providing greater business solutions, and having a genuine desire to help clients fulfil their goals, many clients have become friends which is his ultimate reward.
Andrew holds a Diploma in Financial Services (Mortgage and Finance Broking) and is a member of the Commercial Asset Finance Broking Association of Australia (CAFBA).
Time away from work is spent with family and friends usually travelling, sporting or dining out. At its best, it’s all three!

Adem joined Partners Wealth Group as an Associate in 2021 after completing a Bachelor of Financial Planning at RMIT. In this role, he assists the Financial Advisors with the maintenance and organisation of client relationships.
Adem has a passion for helping people achieve their goals, which drew him to the world of financial planning. He enjoys the the finance side of the role, as well as working with a wide array of clients.
Adem’s previous role was a stock management position that involved working inside a distribution warehouse, which gave him experience working with KPIs. He has also held customer service positions, which has helped to improve his rapport with clients.
Outside of work, Adem enjoys watching and participating in soccer matches, playing video games and collecting sports memorabilia. He is particularly passionate about collecting soccer cards.

Nadeine joined Partners Wealth Group in late 2021 as the Client Experience Coordinator. After 5 years customer service experience in the recreation industry with a focus on management and customer experience, Nadeine was looking to diversify her skills and implement them in a corporate environment.
Her role is to ensure that every interaction that a client experiences in the office is professional, engaging, and helpful. She also assists the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director with various projects and is responsible for the design and delivery of various client experience initiatives that are in line with our clients’ preferences.
She has a great understanding for the need of personable and professional engagements within a workplace which encompasses a desire to deliver an exceptional client experience every time.
Outside of work you will find Nadeine in the kitchen cooking up a feast for herself and her family. She also enjoys painting and being outdoors amongst nature to wind down.

Anjuli previously worked as a student mentor at Deakin University where she helped students with adjusting to university life. After completing a degree in accounting and finance, she wanted to learn more about the SMSF part of the finance industry and decided to move into the area. Her attention to detail, teamwork skills and problem-solving skills have been extremely helpful in her new role.

Edward Tai, born and educated in Hong Kong is admitted in Australia (NSW & SA), Hong Kong, England, and Wales. He started off his legal career by practising as a commercial litigator in Hong Kong, handling primarily cross-border commercial disputes involving companies investing in Mainland China, disputes over real properties and legal proceedings relating to corporate insolvency and restructuring.
After that, Edward went in-house and worked with prominent listed Chinese and Hong Kong corporations in different roles of counsel, head of legal and company secretary. In the last 10 years, Edward has been mainly focussed in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and listing compliance, while helping Chinese enterprises acquire strategic assets overseas. He also served as the legal and executive director of an ASX listed gold mining company based in Perth.
Edward holds a Bachelor of Law (Hon) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Law from the University of Hong Kong, a Graduate Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the University of Technology, Sydney, and a Master of Law (Corporate & Commercial Law) from the University of New South Wales.
Edward is fully bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and can provide legal advice and drafting legal documents in both languages.
Edward is a special counsel at Partners Legal Solutions based in Sydney, and a consultant to Robinsons Lawyers, a Hong Kong law firm.

Cathleen’s role at PWG is to help bring our clients’ goals to life by working closely with our Financial Advisers, implementing financial strategies across many facets including superannuation, insurance and investments.
With over 8 years of experience in customer service roles, Cathleen is well versed in the interpersonal skills that are central to her role as an Associate. She prides herself on her ability to build positive relationships with others and meet their individual needs beyond expectations.
Cathleen was initially drawn to the financial services industry through her interest around strategic wealth management. This, coupled with her passion for helping others, motivated Cathleen to pursue a career in the industry and one day become a Financial Adviser herself.
Outside of work, Cathleen enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, travelling and being active outdoors as much as possible. She is extremely passionate about soccer and can be found competing on the pitch every Sunday.

Matt joined PWG in December 2021 as an associate. Being an associate, he provides support to our financial advisors and ensures a positive experience for all clients.
Working as a sales assistant in retail further developed his customer service skillset that has greatly aided in all aspects of communication between advisers and clients.
The industry took his interest as he can see the work he completes directly contributes to the benefit and success of our clients in which is very rewarding to himself.
In Matts spare time he enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. His hobbies include going to the beach and playing/following soccer and basketball.

Mitchell joined Partners Lending as an associate under the residential branch of lending. He has completed a degree in Commerce with a major in accounting at Monash University. In his role he manages key relationships with clients and liaises with banks.
Mitchell has experience working in the insolvency industry, landscaping and administration duties. His experience has developed his client management skills and financial understanding which underpins his day-to-day tasks.
Mitchell’s major motivational tool at work is to improve the lives of others. Home loans can be an extremely emotional process and to guide clients throughout the lending process drew him to his current role.
As an adventurous young man Mitchell enjoys playing and watching basketball, football and golf. He is incredibly passionate about his Melbourne Football Club and endeavours to learn how to surf.

Simon joined Partners Wealth Group in October 2021 as Head of Finance.
Simon previously spent 24 years with Ferrier Hodgson, initially undertaking major corporate recovery and turnaround assignments. One of Simon’s significant roles was overseeing the trading of Pasminco Limited, at the time the world’s largest zinc and lead producer with turnover of over $2bn, following Pasminco Limited being placed into Voluntary Administration.
Simon subsequently transitioned to become Chief Financial Officer / Chief Operating Officer for the national firm. As part of his role, Simon drove the merger of the Melbourne and Sydney practices in 2005, and a second merger with Brisbane and Perth in 2012. Simon also played a pivotal role in the sale of Ferrier Hodgson to KPMG in 2019.
One of Simon’s objectives within PWG is to position the finance team to support the future growth targets and development of the organisation.
Outside PWG, Simon will invariably be found at the weekend on a racecourse. Simon is an extremely passionate horse racing fan and owner, and is a member of 7 clubs in Victoria.

Mary joined the PWG Finance Team in November 2021 after almost 7 years in a Private family office. In this role she gained exposure to accounting for various types of investments, managed the cashflow needs of the Group, and liaised with a number of Banks and Fund Managers.
Mary also has experience in public practice and insurance and her well-rounded experience, together with her interest in Financial Planning and Wealth Management, drew her to this role at PWG. Mary is keen to learn about all facets of the business, play an active part in the growth of the organisation, and get a better understanding of investing in financial markets.
Outside of work Mary enjoys catching up with friends for coffee/dinner, walking her 2 labradors, and playing netball.

Mena joined Partners Wealth Group as a data scientist in 2021. Her responsibility is to provide accurate and insightful BI reporting and analysis to enable data-driven decision making. She hopes her work will help more clients benefit from the financial services offered by PWG.
Mena has always aspired to leverage her data skills to make a positive impact on people’s lives. For example, during Victoria’s COVID-19 surges in 2020 she volunteered to post daily data visualisations based on DHHS data on Twitter.
Before moving to Melbourne with her family, Mena taught at two universities in Hong Kong for six years. Her courses covered quantitative research methods (including survey design and implementation), statistical analysis and data visualisation. One key element of her teaching involved mentoring graduate students to translate real-world problems into data questions, answer them through data analysis and translate the data answers back to actionable insights. She has published two textbooks, one on research methods and the other on data collection.
Outside of work, Mena loves to play with data and learn cool new tools and packages for data science. Mena and her family are volunteer puppy carers for Vision Australia, and they enjoy living with and training future guide dog puppies. She is also a parent helper at the sunday school at St Tom’s Anglican.

Sereyboth joined Partners Wealth Group in 2019 after completing his Master of Management (Accounting) at The University of Melbourne. He also holds a Bachelor of Business with a double major in economics and finance.
With a passion for investing and retirement planning, Sereyboth was naturally drawn into the field of SMSF where he is now working closely with clients on financial and compliance audits of their SMSFs. He prides himself on the quality of his work thanks to his attention to detail skills and his ability to collaborate effectively with his team members.

With over 35 year’s insurance broking and financial services experience, Gary has held senior executive and board positions at National and International Insurance Broking houses. These include Willis where he was the Managing Director, Macquarie Premium Funding where he was CEO and as CEO of PSC Insurance Group.
Gary is also a past Board member of the National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA), and Honorary Life member of the Insurance Institute.

Simon has more than 15 years of experience in financial services, having led Asia Pacific and the Middle East for Western Union Business Solutions. In that time, he drove digital transformation across the region and established new markets in the Philippines and India. Prior to that, Simon was based in Paris where he was the head of Europe, the Middle East and Africa, leading a business turnaround that resulted in exponential year-over-year growth.
Simon’s skill in leading large, complex businesses is complemented by his entrepreneurial drive and ability to execute. As a founder, Simon led the creation of the world’s largest marketplace for live fitness, scaling the platform to a client base covering over 60 countries and securing commercial deals with global fitness brands, professional sporting teams and national organisations. Simon sold his business in early 2020.
Outside of work, Simon enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters – travelling, being active and enjoying life in Melbourne. He is also a dedicated runner and won the 800m state championships in 2021.

Gary has spent thirty years working in I.T. functional areas such as Strategy, Application Development, Technical Services, Production Services and CIO. This experience has spanned the Banking and Finance industry, Manufacturing, Gaming and also Professional Services in Australia, Asia and the UK. He has a real interest in the effective use of technology as a business enabler, Automated Operations and managing I.T. assets in a more automated manner.
Gary has two adult children and maintains interests in golf, Italian, wine collecting (tasting being a mandatory phase) and travel.

With more than 15 years of B2B and B2C integrated marketing communications experience across the wealth management, banking, insurance and luxury automotive industries, Kate joined Partners Wealth Group as Head of Marketing in 2020. Kate considers herself fortunate to have worked for some very strong brands throughout her career, having had the opportunity to undertake company rebrands, develop and execute unique marketing campaigns, as well as launch new product lines and digital offerings across complex cross-functional businesses such as ANZ, BMW, Mercedes-Benz and RACV.
Kate is passionate about building strong brands that always deliver the best possible client experience. As Head of Marketing, she is responsible for taking the business to the next level by helping to grow brand awareness, deliver a superior online and offline experience, and work with our partners and clients to communicate the Partners Wealth Group story – and how Partners Wealth Group can truly help to change our client’s lives.

With a passion for client relationships and small businesses, Kia spent the first 10 years of her career in boutique accounting firms in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, with her most recent role as Practice Manager and Partner.

Graeme joined Partners Wealth Group in July 2021 as Chief Investment Officer. He has over 25 years of investment management experience managing and advising on direct asset and fund of fund portfolios across multiple sectors including superannuation, funds management, asset consulting, insurance and wealth management.
Graeme’s two most recent roles were as Chief Investment Officer at Mutual Trust, a multi-family office and wealth manager, and Chief Investment Officer at AIA Australia Insurance. Prior to this, Graeme held investment roles with Russell Investments, Mercer, AllianceBernstein and BHP Superannuation. He has also consulted within funds management and wealth management.
Graeme is qualified in finance and investments and holds an MBA, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) and a Finsia Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and investments.

Nick is the Managing Partner of Partners Legal Solutions and an advisor to the board of Partners Wealth Group.
Nick has a varied practice focussing on commercial law activities in both public and private contexts. Nick has extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions, insolvencies, and business reconstructions across a broad range of sectors, including construction, financial institutions, mining and technology.
Nick also has extensive experience in working with high-net-worth family groups and is adept at managing liquidity events and putting in place structures and processes to grow (and, if necessary, defend) family wealth.
Nick has been in legal practice for over 35 years, but he regards his experience of working for a small merchant bank during the global financial crisis as being among the most valuable in his career.
Nick is a passionate St Kilda Football Club member and enjoys watching the game with his 5 sons. He is also actively involved as a board member and chairman of several charities.

Marie-Anne heads up the property practice and has a varied breadth of legal experience having worked in her own sole legal practice up to the largest legal firm in Australia. She has worked in private practice her entire career and services clients across a range of complex residential and commercial property transactions and settlements.
Marie-Anne has been a Law Institute of Victoria accredited property law specialist since 2013 and also holds a Masters of Applied Law in Will & Estates.

Alexander (Alex) Nielsen is an experienced solicitor, having practiced in both Australia and the UK specialising in corporate transactions and compliance, tax, asset management and investment law.
Alex has previously worked for some of the largest law firms in the world and, accordingly, his skills and experience make him a fabulous addition to the Group. More specifically, Alex has managed matters from an array of sectors including energy, property, aged care, health care, manufacturing, financial services, technology and hospitality.
In his downtime, you will most likely catch Alex travelling with his family, supporting his local pub or his cherished Melbourne Demons.

Kirsten Presti is in our Corporate Team, specialising in mergers and acquisitions. She has advised in relation to acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and partnerships of both private and public companies.
In addition, Kirsten provides general corporate and commercial advice on a range of legal matters including contract negotiations, shareholder arrangements and regulatory compliance issues.
Outside of work you’ll find Kirsten spending time with her three children, doing pilates, entertaining at home with family friends and when possible, taking time out in the country.

Vaughan is an experienced lawyer focusing on insolvency, corporate restructures, and litigation. He has acted for private clients, companies, lenders and banks in a broad range of litigious matters and is the trusted adviser of many of Melbourne’s leading insolvency practitioners. Separate to insolvency and commercial litigation, Vaughan has expertise in defamation law. He has acted in several high-profile defamation suits for media organisations and against them.

Tim joined Partners Wealth Group in 2017 as an intern while completing his degree at Monash University. His motivation, skills and value were quickly recognised and upon the completion of his internship, and he eagerly accepted the opportunity to join the team on an ongoing basis.
Tim has worked closely with advisers and clients to assist in the implementation of financial advice and ultimately working towards achieving the financial goals of our clients. He prides himself on being a positive and enthusiastic individual who uses that energy to build relationships with clients.
Tim enjoys cooking while listening to podcasts on self-improvement, economics and general knowledge.
Jacklyn has a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Melbourne. With an interest and a knack for problem-solving, she is continuously honing her skills and expanding her technical knowledge in the field of SMSF. Jacklyn is also a specialist member of the SMSF Association (SSAud).
With her cooperative and gentle nature, Jacklyn enjoys collaborating with her team members and clients. In her free time, she takes delight in playing the flute and baking. She is also a frequent attendee of ballets and musicals.

Jack joined Partners Wealth Group in early 2019 after taking a year off post university to travel the globe. At university, Jack studied a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Melbourne (Majoring in Finance and Accounting)
Since joining Partners Wealth Group, Jack has shown an eagerness to learn and prides himself on his ability to provide a high level of efficient service to all clients. Jack has worked closely with Thomas Napier and as a team, they deliver a wide array of investment, superannuation and insurance advice to their clients.
In his spare time, you will see Jack running around in the VAFA playing football for the University Blacks football club and supporting his beloved Brisbane Lions.

Heading up our wills, estate planning and probate practice Patrick understands that every estate will come with some level of nuance and complexity, and subsequently he is well equipped to identify and handle all your estate needs.
Prior to joining the legal industry, Patrick’s career centred around hospitality management and corporate sales. His down to earth nature and experience makes him an ideal inclusion not only to our wealth management practice but the company overall.
When Patrick is not at work or studying, you will find him supporting his beloved Melbourne Demons, and given his love for all things food and drink, he enjoys exploring the restaurants and bars that Melbourne has to offer.

Kevin joined Partners Wealth Group in 2016 after making a transition from the solar industry where he worked in project delivery.
Throughout university, he studied a bachelor of commerce majoring in finance and a bachelor of mechanical engineering. Whilst at PWG, he completed a diploma of financial planning.
kevin enjoys working with other finance team members and prides himself on maintaining a calm focus whilst working to ensure deliverables are met within the paraplanning team.
On his spare time, Kevin likes to go skiing in the snow and doing ballroom dancing.

Jacqueline is the Executive Assistant to the Head of Wealth, Patrick Barry. They work closely to grow and maintain the business development and financial advice aspects of the Wealth team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional outcomes to all.
Jacqueline has over 22 years of administrative experience spanning across the military and two of the big banks, thus bringing to Partners Wealth Group a broad knowledge base in admin as well as IT, accounting and business process improvement.
Jacqueline is very much an outdoors girl who loves water-based sports and has even represented Australia in dragon boating. You can also find her rock climbing, hiking mountains, diving shipwrecks or studying in her spare time.

Caris joined Partners Wealth Group in early 2011 as a graduate accountant from University of Melbourne, having completed a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Accounting and Marketing) and is now a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA).
As the senior management accountant at Partners Wealth Group, Caris works closely with all stakeholders to understand their needs and to help them achieve financial and operational excellence. With an emphasis on bringing value to every day interactions, Caris believes strategy is all about the long-term relationship and bringing the vision to life through innovative, efficient and effective day to day execution.
In her spare time, Caris can often be found baking or trying out the latest café and has a love of shopping, interesting textiles and plants.

A highly capable and versatile professional, with significant financial services and business leadership experience, spanning 25 years.
Rachael’s most recent role is as working as an independent consultant within the wealth management industry, primarily in the areas of acquisition framework establishment, negotiation, management and facilitation; Licensee establishment and operations; business planning, optimising operating models and strategy, product development and project management life cycle.
Rachael has had a long and senior-level career at IOOF, DKN Financial Group and Macquarie Group. Her experience spans Wealth (incorporating self-licensed and licensee environments), Business Banking and Retail. She has achieved successful outcomes in relationship management, project management and product development and has had responsibility across Australian geographic areas and New Zealand.
In addition, she has had ownership for all aspects of the value chain, from operations, client engagement and management, through to strategy and implementation.
Rachael’s experience is complemented by a reputation for a direct and inclusive engagement style that drives superior results through cross-functional collaboration, focus and consultation. She has commercial agility and a sharp ability to focus priorities and to establish unity of efforts to manage and deliver results in complex environments.

Tom joined Partners Wealth Group as a Client Associate in mid-2020, bringing with him a passion for IT and process development. Using this knowledge and the skills he developed while working in a previous business development role, he has strived to improve client experience wherever possible.
Tom’s experience in this position sparked a passion for lending, particularly within commercial lending. From early 2021, he has pursued this interest, directly supporting Julie Cassidy to help provide the best outcome for all client requirements.
Tom has developed strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills that he uses to assist clients with all their commercial lending needs.
Outside of work, Tom is currently completing a Bachelor of IT majoring in cybersecurity at Deakin University. When he is not studying, you will find Tom socialising with friends and family, attending a game of footy or improving his woodworking skills.

Michael joined Partners Wealth Group as an Associate in 2020 after completing his Bachelor of Business (majoring in finance) at Swinburne University of Technology. Since then, he has continued his studies and is currently working towards becoming a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Since joining Partners Wealth Group, Michael has worked closely with the advisors to implement strategies, including introducing new superannuation structures and investment advice. His ability to work closely with all stakeholders has seen him quickly build rapport amongst the client base.
Outside of work, Michael loves to get out on the course for a game of golf and has recently joined Peninsula Kingswood Country Golf Club. He also enjoys supporting his AFL team, the GWS Giants.

Cedric joined Partners Wealth Group in 2020 shortly after completing a double Bachelor’s in business majoring in Financial Planning and Accountancy through RMIT University.
Years within the retail and supermarkets industries have provided the foundational tools in his understanding of building client rapport to assist in establishing effective solutions to maximise the overall experience of a client.
His many years playing soccer have contributed to his professional development through learning about resilience, teamwork and a results-driven attitude, all of which undermine his character.
He also finds solace in travelling, music and socialising with friends & family.

Bessie holds a Bachelor of Banking and Finance from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, a Master of Management (Accounting) from the University of Melbourne and a Diploma of Financial Planning. She is currently working towards becoming a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Bessie is a creative person who enjoys reading books about art in her spare time, as well as trying her hand at different painting styles. She is a keen potter and is interested in home DIY. She is currently planning to combine her passions by building a mini pottery studio in her home.

With an academic background in audit and compliance, George has expanded his skills and technical knowledge to specialise in the SMSF field. He takes pride in his careful and collaborative approach, working closely with his team members to ensure that every client’s SMSF is compliant.
George has strong experience in the hospitality industry, including working in event management and as a cook for an AFL team. His attention to detail, ability to collaborate and problem-solving skills have translated seamlessly into his new role in SMSF auditing.
In his spare time, George enjoys playing basketball and is a keen NBA fan and follower of the LA Lakers.

Georgia joined Partners Wealth Group as a Client Experience Assistant in January 2021. In this role, she ensures that every client experiences exceptional customer service and remains a priority within the business.
Georgia prides herself on having excellent customer service and client relationship skills which she honed while working in the hospitality industry. She is currently studying at RMIT and is completing a Bachelor of Business, majoring in marketing. After finishing her degree, she hopes to work closely with the marketing team at Partners Wealth Group where she will be able to build her skills and explore her passion for marketing.
In her spare time, Georgia enjoys spending time with friends and family, walking along the beach, and travelling the world. Her favourite place to travel is France as she previously had the opportunity to stay with a host family and immerse herself within the French culture.

From professional AFL player to Account Manager at Partners Wealth Group, Luke Ball has had a career trajectory unlike many in the finance industry. In early 2021, Luke arrived fresh from nearly 20 years in the AFL industry as a player, coach, administrator, and media personality. His experience working in a high-pressure, dynamic environment with driven and motivated people has given him an excellent skillset to become part of the Partners Wealth Group team.
Luke is an Account Manager, which involves acting as the connector between Partners Wealth Group’s partner accounting firms and the experts within our business units. He manages existing relationships and works hard to ensure that client service delivery is at a consistently high standard and that value is being added for their clients. Luke’s work is in line with Partners Wealth Group’s purpose and vision of personalised advice, and empowering people to navigate life’s financial decisions to achieve peace of mind.
Luke has three young daughters and loves spending time with his family and his friends from school and footy. He also enjoys keeping fit and healthy, walking his black Labrador Juno, listening to music and podcasts, and reading autobiographies.

Gerald is a Portfolio Analyst who joined Partners Wealth Group in 2021. His responsibilities include investment research, portfolio construction and operations, including risk management. He uses his expert research and analytical skills to provide support to the Investment Committee and Wealth team within the business.
Prior to joining Partners Wealth Group, Gerald worked as an Investment Analyst at an international equity growth fund. He also has a wealth of experience in various investment roles. Gerald started his career at Deloitte and spent more than four years at Vanguard Investments prior to joining his current team. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from Monash University and is a CFA Charterholder.
Outside of work, Gerald loves travelling and even had an adult gap year across Latin America and Europe in 2019. He also enjoys watching sport, staying active and reading.

Ike Ogbonnaya joined Partners Wealth Group in 2021 as an Associate after completing a Bachelor of Business majoring in Financial Planning and a Diploma of International Business.
Ike works alongside the Financial Advisors to assist with the implementation of financial strategies across investments and superannuation structures. He was initially drawn to financial planning because he is passionate about helping clients reach their goals.
Prior to starting at Partners Wealth Group, Ike worked at Nike which gave him relationship-building skills and experience in establishing innovative solutions to enhance the experience of colleagues and clients.
In his spare time, you can find Ike keeping fit in the gym, playing basketball and spending time with friends and family.

Having completed a brief stint at University and a short career on the rugby pitch, Angus found a home in the equipment finance industry. The following decade would be spent applying his trade to all forms of applications, products and services across industries from Agriculture to Woodworking and all stops in between.
Angus’ dedication to personalised service and “walking the extra mile” for his customers is something he is immensely proud of and one on which strong relationships are born. He has sound experience in funding for new business ventures, all the way through to multinational organisations.
Angus holds a diploma in Financial Services (Mortgage & Finance Broking) and is a member of the Commercial Asset Finance Brokers Association of Australia (CAFBA).
When not taking care of his clients, Angus enjoys spending time with wife Sophie, daughter Isobel and son Lachlan, on the golf course, at the rugby or on his farm outside of Sydney in Oberon.

Andrew grew up on a sheep and grain property in Narrandera, an hour’s drive from Wagga Wagga, South West of Sydney in NSW’s Riverina district. He left Narrandera in 1992 to attend boarding school in Sydney and has stayed in Sydney ever since.
Having flirted with the idea of becoming a journalist, in 2003 he found his place in the equipment finance world.
Andrew’s passion is listening to business’ needs and finding the right products and services for them. By understanding more than just the immediate equipment requirements, providing greater business solutions, and having a genuine desire to help clients fulfil their goals, many clients have become friends which is his ultimate reward.
Andrew holds a Diploma in Financial Services (Mortgage and Finance Broking) and is a member of the Commercial Asset Finance Broking Association of Australia (CAFBA).
Time away from work is spent with family and friends usually travelling, sporting or dining out. At its best, it’s all three!

Adem joined Partners Wealth Group as an Associate in 2021 after completing a Bachelor of Financial Planning at RMIT. In this role, he assists the Financial Advisors with the maintenance and organisation of client relationships.
Adem has a passion for helping people achieve their goals, which drew him to the world of financial planning. He enjoys the the finance side of the role, as well as working with a wide array of clients.
Adem’s previous role was a stock management position that involved working inside a distribution warehouse, which gave him experience working with KPIs. He has also held customer service positions, which has helped to improve his rapport with clients.
Outside of work, Adem enjoys watching and participating in soccer matches, playing video games and collecting sports memorabilia. He is particularly passionate about collecting soccer cards.

Nadeine joined Partners Wealth Group in late 2021 as the Client Experience Coordinator. After 5 years customer service experience in the recreation industry with a focus on management and customer experience, Nadeine was looking to diversify her skills and implement them in a corporate environment.
Her role is to ensure that every interaction that a client experiences in the office is professional, engaging, and helpful. She also assists the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director with various projects and is responsible for the design and delivery of various client experience initiatives that are in line with our clients’ preferences.
She has a great understanding for the need of personable and professional engagements within a workplace which encompasses a desire to deliver an exceptional client experience every time.
Outside of work you will find Nadeine in the kitchen cooking up a feast for herself and her family. She also enjoys painting and being outdoors amongst nature to wind down.

Anjuli’s role at Partners Wealth Group involves ensuring every client’s SMSF is compliant with all rules and regulations. She is currently handling the first stage preparation for the audit process.
Anjuli previously worked as a student mentor at Deakin University where she helped students with adjusting to university life. After completing a degree in accounting and finance, she wanted to learn more about the SMSF part of the finance industry and decided to move into the area. Her attention to detail, teamwork skills and problem-solving skills have been extremely helpful in her new role.
Outside of work, Anjuli likes to read books and go for walks.

Edward Tai, born and educated in Hong Kong is admitted in Australia (NSW & SA), Hong Kong, England, and Wales. He started off his legal career by practising as a commercial litigator in Hong Kong, handling primarily cross-border commercial disputes involving companies investing in Mainland China, disputes over real properties and legal proceedings relating to corporate insolvency and restructuring.
After that, Edward went in-house and worked with prominent listed Chinese and Hong Kong corporations in different roles of counsel, head of legal and company secretary. In the last 10 years, Edward has been mainly focussed in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and listing compliance, while helping Chinese enterprises acquire strategic assets overseas. He also served as the legal and executive director of an ASX listed gold mining company based in Perth.
Edward holds a Bachelor of Law (Hon) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Law from the University of Hong Kong, a Graduate Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the University of Technology, Sydney, and a Master of Law (Corporate & Commercial Law) from the University of New South Wales.
Edward is fully bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and can provide legal advice and drafting legal documents in both languages.
Edward is a special counsel at Partners Legal Solutions based in Sydney, and a consultant to Robinsons Lawyers, a Hong Kong law firm.

Cathleen’s role at PWG is to help bring our clients’ goals to life by working closely with our Financial Advisers, implementing financial strategies across many facets including superannuation, insurance and investments.
With over 8 years of experience in customer service roles, Cathleen is well versed in the interpersonal skills that are central to her role as an Associate. She prides herself on her ability to build positive relationships with others and meet their individual needs beyond expectations.
Cathleen was initially drawn to the financial services industry through her interest around strategic wealth management. This, coupled with her passion for helping others, motivated Cathleen to pursue a career in the industry and one day become a Financial Adviser herself.
Outside of work, Cathleen enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, travelling and being active outdoors as much as possible. She is extremely passionate about soccer and can be found competing on the pitch every Sunday.

Matt joined PWG in December 2021 as an associate. Being an associate, he provides support to our financial advisors and ensures a positive experience for all clients.
Working as a sales assistant in retail further developed his customer service skillset that has greatly aided in all aspects of communication between advisers and clients.
The industry took his interest as he can see the work he completes directly contributes to the benefit and success of our clients in which is very rewarding to himself.
In Matts spare time he enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. His hobbies include going to the beach and playing/following soccer and basketball.

Mitchell joined Partners Lending as an associate under the residential branch of lending. He has completed a degree in Commerce with a major in accounting at Monash University. In his role he manages key relationships with clients and liaises with banks.
Mitchell has experience working in the insolvency industry, landscaping and administration duties. His experience has developed his client management skills and financial understanding which underpins his day-to-day tasks.
Mitchell’s major motivational tool at work is to improve the lives of others. Home loans can be an extremely emotional process and to guide clients throughout the lending process drew him to his current role.
As an adventurous young man Mitchell enjoys playing and watching basketball, football and golf. He is incredibly passionate about his Melbourne Football Club and endeavours to learn how to surf.

Simon joined Partners Wealth Group in October 2021 as Head of Finance.
Simon previously spent 24 years with Ferrier Hodgson, initially undertaking major corporate recovery and turnaround assignments. One of Simon’s significant roles was overseeing the trading of Pasminco Limited, at the time the world’s largest zinc and lead producer with turnover of over $2bn, following Pasminco Limited being placed into Voluntary Administration.
Simon subsequently transitioned to become Chief Financial Officer / Chief Operating Officer for the national firm. As part of his role, Simon drove the merger of the Melbourne and Sydney practices in 2005, and a second merger with Brisbane and Perth in 2012. Simon also played a pivotal role in the sale of Ferrier Hodgson to KPMG in 2019.
One of Simon’s objectives within PWG is to position the finance team to support the future growth targets and development of the organisation.
Outside PWG, Simon will invariably be found at the weekend on a racecourse. Simon is an extremely passionate horse racing fan and owner, and is a member of 7 clubs in Victoria.

Mary joined the PWG Finance Team in November 2021 after almost 7 years in a Private family office. In this role she gained exposure to accounting for various types of investments, managed the cashflow needs of the Group, and liaised with a number of Banks and Fund Managers.
Mary also has experience in public practice and insurance and her well-rounded experience, together with her interest in Financial Planning and Wealth Management, drew her to this role at PWG. Mary is keen to learn about all facets of the business, play an active part in the growth of the organisation, and get a better understanding of investing in financial markets.
Outside of work Mary enjoys catching up with friends for coffee/dinner, walking her 2 labradors, and playing netball.

Mena joined Partners Wealth Group as a data scientist in 2021. Her responsibility is to provide accurate and insightful BI reporting and analysis to enable data-driven decision making. She hopes her work will help more clients benefit from the financial services offered by PWG.
Mena has always aspired to leverage her data skills to make a positive impact on people’s lives. For example, during Victoria’s COVID-19 surges in 2020 she volunteered to post daily data visualisations based on DHHS data on Twitter.
Before moving to Melbourne with her family, Mena taught at two universities in Hong Kong for six years. Her courses covered quantitative research methods (including survey design and implementation), statistical analysis and data visualisation. One key element of her teaching involved mentoring graduate students to translate real-world problems into data questions, answer them through data analysis and translate the data answers back to actionable insights. She has published two textbooks, one on research methods and the other on data collection.
Outside of work, Mena loves to play with data and learn cool new tools and packages for data science. Mena and her family are volunteer puppy carers for Vision Australia, and they enjoy living with and training future guide dog puppies. She is also a parent helper at the sunday school at St Tom’s Anglican.

Sereyboth joined Partners Wealth Group in 2019 after completing his Master of Management (Accounting) at The University of Melbourne. He also holds a Bachelor of Business with a double major in economics and finance.
With a passion for investing and retirement planning, Sereyboth was naturally drawn into the field of SMSF where he is now working closely with clients on financial and compliance audits of their SMSFs. He prides himself on the quality of his work thanks to his attention to detail skills and his ability to collaborate effectively with his team members.
Prior to joining Partners Wealth Group, Sereyboth was a student mentor at his university where he assisted students with their academic objectives.

You will also discover him collaborating constantly with referral partners and clients to ensure their shared growth and success.
When a rare moment of downtime beckons, you will find Mathew spending time with his young family, often on the fairways of the National Golf Club.

With over 35 year’s insurance broking and financial services experience, Gary has held senior executive and board positions at National and International Insurance Broking houses. These include Willis where he was the Managing Director, Macquarie Premium Funding where he was CEO and as CEO of PSC Insurance Group.
Gary is also a past Board member of the National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA), and Honorary Life member of the Insurance Institute.
Gary is currently engaged on a number of boards and advisory roles within the financial services sector – including Partners Wealth Group where he was appointed Chairman in 2015.

Simon has more than 15 years of experience in financial services, having led Asia Pacific and the Middle East for Western Union Business Solutions. In that time, he drove digital transformation across the region and established new markets in the Philippines and India. Prior to that, Simon was based in Paris where he was the head of Europe, the Middle East and Africa, leading a business turnaround that resulted in exponential year-over-year growth.
Simon’s skill in leading large, complex businesses is complemented by his entrepreneurial drive and ability to execute. As a founder, Simon led the creation of the world’s largest marketplace for live fitness, scaling the platform to a client base covering over 60 countries and securing commercial deals with global fitness brands, professional sporting teams and national organisations. Simon sold his business in early 2020.
Outside of work, Simon enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters – travelling, being active and enjoying life in Melbourne. He is also a dedicated runner and won the 800m state championships in 2021.

Gary is instrumental in ensuring that project execution delivers strategic and business outcomes as agreed.
Gary has spent thirty years working in I.T. functional areas such as Strategy, Application Development, Technical Services, Production Services and CIO. This experience has spanned the Banking and Finance industry, Manufacturing, Gaming and also Professional Services in Australia, Asia and the UK. He has a real interest in the effective use of technology as a business enabler, Automated Operations and managing I.T. assets in a more automated manner.
Gary has two adult children and maintains interests in golf, Italian, wine collecting (tasting being a mandatory phase) and travel.

With more than 15 years of B2B and B2C integrated marketing communications experience across the wealth management, banking, insurance and luxury automotive industries, Kate joined Partners Wealth Group as Head of Marketing in 2020. Kate considers herself fortunate to have worked for some very strong brands throughout her career, having had the opportunity to undertake company rebrands, develop and execute unique marketing campaigns, as well as launch new product lines and digital offerings across complex cross-functional businesses such as ANZ, BMW, Mercedes-Benz and RACV.
Kate is passionate about building strong brands that always deliver the best possible client experience. As Head of Marketing, she is responsible for taking the business to the next level by helping to grow brand awareness, deliver a superior online and offline experience, and work with our partners and clients to communicate the Partners Wealth Group story – and how Partners Wealth Group can truly help to change our client’s lives.

After over 5 years of customer experience and operational management roles within major banks, Todd joined the Client Services Team at Partners Wealth Group in 2017. He holds a Bachelor of Business with majors in Finance and Economics.

Deborah is committed to supporting the strong culture of compliance across Partners Wealth Group. She is an advocate of continuous improvement and believes that all Australians can achieve financial wellbeing by understanding their individual needs and working with advisers to develop a tailored plan.
Outside of work, Deborah can be found touring regional Victoria – hiking, cycling and kayaking with her husband, daughters and their English Pointer Shula.
With a passion for client relationships and small businesses, Kia spent the first 10 years of her career in boutique accounting firms in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, with her most recent role as Practice Manager and Partner.
Since joining Partners Wealth Group in 2016, Kia has drawn on her vast experience to support the Managing Director, Mathew Cassidy in all aspects of his role, while also overseeing client experience and the smooth running of the office.

Alex is also passionate supporting his beloved bombers and is always keen for a round of golf in any conditions.
Graeme joined Partners Wealth Group in July 2021 as Chief Investment Officer. He has over 25 years of investment management experience managing and advising on direct asset and fund of fund portfolios across multiple sectors including superannuation, funds management, asset consulting, insurance and wealth management.
Graeme’s two most recent roles were as Chief Investment Officer at Mutual Trust, a multi-family office and wealth manager, and Chief Investment Officer at AIA Australia Insurance. Prior to this, Graeme held investment roles with Russell Investments, Mercer, AllianceBernstein and BHP Superannuation. He has also consulted within funds management and wealth management.
Graeme is qualified in finance and investments and holds an MBA, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) and a Finsia Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and investments.
Graeme has a strong desire to bring the best institutional quality investments and a structured approach to clients in wealth management by drawing on his experience across the investment industry.

Nick is the Managing Partner of Partners Legal Solutions and an advisor to the board of Partners Wealth Group.
Nick has a varied practice focussing on commercial law activities in both public and private contexts. Nick has extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions, insolvencies, and business reconstructions across a broad range of sectors, including construction, financial institutions, mining and technology.
Nick also has extensive experience in working with high-net-worth family groups and is adept at managing liquidity events and putting in place structures and processes to grow (and, if necessary, defend) family wealth.
Nick has been in legal practice for over 35 years, but he regards his experience of working for a small merchant bank during the global financial crisis as being among the most valuable in his career.
Nick is a passionate St Kilda Football Club member and enjoys watching the game with his 5 sons. He is also actively involved as a board member and chairman of several charities.

Marie-Anne heads up the property practice and has a varied breadth of legal experience having worked in her own sole legal practice up to the largest legal firm in Australia. She has worked in private practice her entire career and services clients across a range of complex residential and commercial property transactions and settlements.
Marie-Anne has been a Law Institute of Victoria accredited property law specialist since 2013 and also holds a Masters of Applied Law in Will & Estates.
In Marie-Anne’s down time she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, wrangling her two golden retrievers and planning travel to post card locations.

Alexander (Alex) Nielsen is an experienced solicitor, having practiced in both Australia and the UK specialising in corporate transactions and compliance, tax, asset management and investment law.
Alex has previously worked for some of the largest law firms in the world and, accordingly, his skills and experience make him a fabulous addition to the Group. More specifically, Alex has managed matters from an array of sectors including energy, property, aged care, health care, manufacturing, financial services, technology and hospitality.
In his downtime, you will most likely catch Alex travelling with his family, supporting his local pub or his cherished Melbourne Demons.

Kirsten Presti is in our Corporate Team, specialising in mergers and acquisitions. She has advised in relation to acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and partnerships of both private and public companies.
In addition, Kirsten provides general corporate and commercial advice on a range of legal matters including contract negotiations, shareholder arrangements and regulatory compliance issues.
Outside of work you’ll find Kirsten spending time with her three children, doing pilates, entertaining at home with family friends and when possible, taking time out in the country.

Vaughan is an experienced lawyer focusing on insolvency, corporate restructures, and litigation. He has acted for private clients, companies, lenders and banks in a broad range of litigious matters and is the trusted adviser of many of Melbourne’s leading insolvency practitioners. Separate to insolvency and commercial litigation, Vaughan has expertise in defamation law. He has acted in several high-profile defamation suits for media organisations and against them.
Vaughan is highly regarded for his commercial acumen as well as his desire to resolve matters as quickly as possible.

James is the General Manager of the Lending team at Partners Wealth Group. A dynamic and engaged member of the business community, he brings experience from both banking and finance broking to his role. He is also a member of the leadership team at Partners Wealth Group.
As General Manager of Lending, James is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the lending and finance broking business within the group. Apart from having 3 daughters who keep him up to date with technology, Ben also has his wife Lisa to thank for keeping his life in balance.

As an experienced Financial Planner, Carolyn derives great personal satisfaction from helping her clients achieve their goals through high quality personal advice. In conjunction with superannuation, insurance and retirement planning, Carolyn has become particularly experienced in helping women learn how to manage their finances, assisting them in becoming more knowledgeable, experienced and financially independent. She believes in working one-on-one with clients to provide encouragement and support whilst bringing their financial plans to fruition.
