Danuta Czuchwicki

Danuta is the Head of the Partners Legal Solutions Real Estate team and is a strong real estate generalist. 

Danuta has extensive experience in all aspects of the real estate development and investment lifecycles.  From project due diligence at pre-acquisition stage, to effective SPV structuring, financing and guidance as to the appropriate type of development arrangement (whether by way of a joint venture, development or project management contractual relationship), Danuta enjoys assisting her clients establish a solid legal foundation for their project. Danuta then builds on that foundation by assisting with obtaining development approval, pre-sales, subdivision, establishment of owners corporations, leasing and sell down.

Danuta also has extensive experience in working with high-net-worth families and entrepreneurs and is adept at simplifying complex issues to enable key decision makers to act with confidence and surety.

Having been in legal practice for over 20 years, Danuta regards her own successful property development and investment projects as instrumental in value-adding to her clients’ real estate deals.

Danuta is a passionate cook and enjoys levelling up her French and Thai culinary skills, matching dishes with wines from her extensive wine collection.
