With over 35 year’s insurance broking and financial services experience, Gary has held senior executive and board positions at National and International Insurance Broking houses. These include Willis where he was the Managing Director, Macquarie Premium Funding where he was CEO and as CEO of PSC Insurance Group.
Gary is also a past Board member of the National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA), and Honorary Life member of the Insurance Institute.
Gary is currently engaged on a number of boards and advisory roles within the financial services sector – including Partners Wealth Group where he was appointed Chairman in 2015.

At Partners Wealth Group, Gary is assisting the organization to create the capability to plan strategic investment in Technology and to ensure allocation of capital to those projects that expedite achievement of strategic business objectives. Gary is instrumental in ensuring that project execution delivers strategic and business outcomes as agreed.
Gary has spent thirty years working in I.T. functional areas such as Strategy, Application Development, Technical Services, Production Services and CIO. This experience has spanned the Banking and Finance industry, Manufacturing, Gaming and also Professional Services in Australia, Asia and the UK. He has a real interest in the effective use of technology as a business enabler, Automated Operations and managing I.T. assets in a more automated manner.
Gary has two adult children and maintains interests in golf, Italian, wine collecting (tasting being a mandatory phase) and travel.

As Head of Partners Legal, Sophie ensures our team delivers exceptional legal advice, collaborating with other professional advisors including wealth managers, accountants, and lending specialists, to provide integrated and holistic outcomes for clients.
Sophie also leads the wealth legal services division, providing effective strategies and solutions in the areas of estate planning, business succession, superannuation and trusts.

Sophie shares her life with her husband and 4 beautiful children. She enjoys keeping active, through running, swimming, and her social futsal team called the ‘Deepdene Divas’.
As the Technology Manager for Partners Wealth Group, Leon is responsible for building and managing the group's technology infrastructure. This includes overseeing the development of new technologies, implementing platform enhancements to help the business reach its strategic goals and creating processes to make the best use of company resources.
When not sitting in front of a computer screen, Leon loves to inhabit the organic world, working on his backyard plant nursery and being immersed in nature by travel and hiking.
As the financial controller at Partners Wealth Group, Richard oversees operational excellence, strategic direction and the day-to-day finances. He has over 15 years of hands-on experience working with the SME market providing accounting, taxation, growth and advisory services in an outsourced and professional capacity. Richard is a member of Chartered Accounts Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ) and holds a post-graduate certificate in Entrepreneurship and innovation.
Richard is a firm believer of ‘what gets measured, gets done’, and as such his commercial advice and strategic initiatives, are underpinned by data driven approach supported by strong accounting and taxation acumen.
Outside of the office, Richard spends most of his time wrangling his new Corgi puppy and going to the football (go cats) and watching the ice hockey (go devils).
Originally educated in New Zealand, Florian began his career in accounting before moving to Melbourne in 2011 and joining Partners Wealth Group.
Moving steadily up in the group, Florian soon became the Practice Manager where he developed a strong interest in how the business and the industry actually function.
Today, as the Group’s Operations & Innovation Manager, Florian works to constantly evaluate and improve technology, systems and processes to help ensure everything works like clockwork for you, our valued clients. His passion is to lead projects that drive operational efficiencies and innovation and make the organisation work better for everyone.
With over 40 years of experience in financial services George knows that the best asset any business can have is a well-trained and highly motivated staff.
George has always been passionate about developing people to their full potential, not just in their technical skillset, but more importantly from how well they engage with and interact with clients.
As the Program Director for our Associate Advisor Academy, George has the privilege of working with many bright and talented young staff members, both from within Partners Wealth Group and external businesses. He sees it as his mission to adeptly mentor them on their journey to becoming exceptional client advisors.
George is a self-confessed sporting tragic. As a long time Geelong Football Club member and supporter he enjoys nothing better than introducing his grandchildren to the finer points of the game.
As the Company Secretary for Partners Wealth Group, Susan brings to her role considerable commercial acumen acquired after spending some 18 years as a finance professional in the Automotive industry.
Blessed with an inquisitive and analytical mind, she is highly motivated to ensure that all the group’s internal Accounting & Finance processes are disciplined, efficient, and deliver accurate results.
When she’s not hard at work, Susan seeks the mindfulness her yoga classes bring her, and should that fail, she actively relieves any remaining stress on the tennis court!!
Lyn is a highly accomplished HR Professional with over 20 years' global experience across some immensely challenging corporate environments in both Australia & Asia Pacific. Her background showcases that she is a trusted generalist, business partner and leader with a strength and passion in talent management, cultural change, people leadership, coaching and performance management.
Lyn has extensive Talent Management experience including building processes around talent identification, observing and assessing talent, succession planning, career planning and leadership development. She is very passionate about seeing people grow and develop and go on to have meaningful careers.
She has a reputation for building strong relationships across all levels of business, a consultative style and a commercial pragmatism to deliver successful business goals and outcomes.
Over the last few years, Lyn has assisted businesses with their HR needs as well as mentoring up-and-coming HR professionals where she shares her knowledge and passion for HR.

Alex is also passionate supporting his beloved bombers and is always keen for a round of golf in any conditions.
Jonathan’s investment market experience spans 20 years. Having initially worked on the Australian institutional equities desk at Credit Suisse & HSBC, he then spent 9 years in London advising & trading European equities for Credit Suisse. Recently Jonathan has lived in Hong Kong managing Asian equity funds for Trafalgar Capital Management and then serving as an Executive Director at Nomura International providing institutional advice on Asian equities. Jonathan has spent the last 3 years successfully managing SMA portfolios.

Matthew is a Portfolio Analyst who also sits on the Partners Wealth Group Investment Committee, where his role involves operations and research including compliance and risk management. Prior to joining Partners Wealth Group, Matthew worked in Singapore for a large private bank within Corporate Strategy. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne and a Masters of Finance from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. He is currently working towards becoming a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Residential Lending
Katharina joined Partners Wealth Group in 2015, bringing over 15 years’ of financial services expertise to the team. Sharing her time across the Financial Planning and Lending teams provides Katharina a unique position to holistically consider her client’s financial position.
Katharina is passionate about developing long-term relationships with her clients through her caring and genuine approach.

Peter has over four decades of legal experience, and in his impressive career,
Peter has advised clients on a broad range of private and commercial legal issues, while also serving in various professional and business leadership roles including; President of the Law Institute of Victoria, Chairman of Legal Aid Commission of Victoria and Deputy President of Victorian Chamber of Commerce & Industry (VECCI). Peter has also served as a long term legal adviser to business and professional associations, including the Design Institute of Australia.
As the head of the Commercial Law team, Peter ensures that you will always receive expert advice on your business negotiations, transactions and contracts, as well as unitholder and shareholder agreements and disputes.
If you own a family business, you will be pleased to know that Peter has a particular interest in ensuring your business interests are protected and transferred according to your wishes.

You can confidently call on Christian whenever you have need for his expertise in complex succession planning, commercial law and contracts (particularly with a focus on the Personal Properties Securities Act). He is also adept at intellectual property licensing, as well as trusts and superannuation. To complete the picture, Christian also heads up the Limited Recourse Borrowing Arrangement (LRBA) service at Partners Legal.

Christian is currently completing his Master of Laws at Melbourne University where he tries to keep it quiet that he is an avid Collingwood supporter!
Bojana has extensive experience in conducting complex civil litigation cases and resolving difficult legal disputes across all jurisdictions.
A pragmatic negotiator and staunch advocate, she is able to cut through the clutter to help clients navigate the Courts and the legal system. Bojana provides practical and easy to understand advice, while maintaining a strategic and commercial outlook in resolving problems. Comprehensive technical expertise and natural persistence have enabled Bojana to consistently achieve exceptional outcomes for clients.
Bojana’s background extends to a wide range of commercial law and litigation matters, including disputes arising from contracts, partnerships and joint ventures, building and construction, intellectual property, insolvency, securities and debt collection, consumer and trade practices law, professional negligence, Wills, employment law and so on. Jessica heads up our property team and brings experience in a range of property matters including residential and commercial property transactions, trust and SMSF transactions, property development, leasing and licensing, as well as sales and purchases of business.
Jessica enjoys working with clients to provide a responsive and personalised service.
In her spare time, Jessica is currently studying a Master of Construction Law (with a property law focus) at the University of Melbourne and she enjoys keeping active through a range of activities, including dancing, surfing and bike riding.
Claire Van Raay joined us in 2018 as a part-time estate planning Lawyer, bringing her experience in producing tailored estate planning documents including Wills, Powers of Attorney and Superannuation death benefit nominations. She also provides our clients with the legal support needed when administering deceased estates.
Claire is down to earth and loves getting to know you and your family so that she understands your estate planning objectives and works hard at meeting them. No family dynamic ruffles her feathers. Over her many years working in this area, and in the corporate environment, she advocates strongly for her clients to achieve the best possible outcomes, whilst also, through her natural compassion and authenticity, helps our clients through the more difficult or uncomfortable times.
When she’s not working with us, she’s balancing her Masters of Law (Applied Law) studies, encouraging her high-spirited boys to share her love of the Australian bush (and beaches), and showing her support for the Melbourne Football Club and the East Malvern Knights.
Justine joined Partners Legal in late 2018, bringing with her extensive experience in both commercial and estates litigation. Justine’s encyclopaedic knowledge of civil procedure and award-winning negotiation skills makes her the perfect candidate for handling civil disputes in an efficient, and cost-effective manner.
When Justine isn’t burning the midnight oil at the office, she enjoys spending time with her young nieces, and catching up on the latest episode of Outlander.
Lucy works across the property, commercial and wealth management legal teams, assisting our clients with a broad range of private and commercial matters. With a predominant focus on property transactions, her knowledge of commercial agreements and superannuation structuring offers a holistic and tailored service.
Lucy enjoys getting to know her clients and working closely with their accountants and advisors to streamline what can seem like complex processes.
In her spare time, Lucy enjoys challenging herself in charity fun runs, trying her hand at various crafty projects and cheering for Richmond.
Katie is an Estate Planning Paralegal who assists with the day to day management of all Wealth Management matters as well as providing support to the wider team. Prior to moving to the Wealth Management team, Katie assisted with the conveyancing practice of Partners Legal.
Katie has over 10 years experience in the legal industry and her knowledge, communication and organisational skills are a valuable contribution to Partners Legal.
When Katie isn’t working she spends her time chasing sunsets, keeping active and planning her next adventure.
With 15 years’ experience in Corporate Finance and Project Management, as Legal Operations Coordinator, Karen supports the team to enable them to focus on their work efficiently.
Karen stays sane by running and planning adventures for her kids.
Dalton joined Partners Legal at the beginning of 2019 assisting the legal teams as Administrative Assistant. Dalton supports the team to enable them to focus on their work efficiently whilst bringing a positive outlook within the office.

As both a Chartered Accountant & Tax Agent, Harrison’s specialist knowledge in Self-Managed Super Fund Accounting and Compliance is as extensive as it is deep. As the SMSF Manager within the Superannuation division at Partners Wealth Group he is responsible for all compliance and administration services, ensuring that everything is as it should be.
Harrison is a Class Super Software expert meaning he not only enjoys utilising technology to increase the efficiency and the quality of work of his team, but he seeks new ways to take those efficiencies even higher.
When he isn't closely watching over the administration of your SMSF, Harrison loves spending quality time with his young family and cycling to stay sharp and on the ball.
Joey Wong
Senior Accountant
When you look hard at the numbers, Joey Wong certainty stacks up.
Not only is she a Certified Practising Accountant, she also possesses a Bachelor of Commerce, and has amassed over 10 years of experience in accounting and compliance of Self-Managed Superannuation Funds.
There is virtually nothing Joey doesn’t know in this area and her attention to detail is simply second to none.
When you meet Joey you will discover someone who strives to deliver high quality service in relation to every aspect of the administration, accounting and compliance of Self-Managed Superannuation Funds. You can rest assured that she has the full picture in mind.
Speaking of pictures, outside of the office, Joey loves going to the movies as well as socialising and listening to music.
Pumali has a Bachelor of Accounting from Swinburne University. With 5 years’ experience in Auditing Self Managed Superannuation Funds, she has armed herself with strong technical knowledge and an eye for finer details which compliments her problem-solving skills.
Coupled with a caring and driven personality, Pumali immensely enjoys training and working with her colleagues to create and maintain a successful client relationship. Pumali is an avid dog lover and has a pet toy poodle.
Jessie obtained her Masters of Accounting from Swinburne University. Having excelled as a Graduate Auditor in her previous role, she continues her hunger to acquire and contribute knowledge in PWG as an SMSF Auditor. With her caring and collaborative nature, she plays an integral part of Partners Superannuation Services.
In her spare time, Jessie loves to travel and explore different cultures. She is passionate about art and photography, on the weekend you may find her at your local art gallery.

Ben has over 20 years experience in financial services, including being with the National Australia Bank for four years in commercial lending and nine years providing financial advice to high net worth private clients. He then joined a private accounting firm which itself led to joining the St George private clients team in Perth for two years.
Today you will find Ben totally focussed on providing you with that “private client” level of service to help you make the smartest investment decisions you can as you work together to achieve your financial goals.
Apart from having 3 daughters who keep him up to date with technology, Ben also has his wife Lisa to thank for keeping his life in balance.
As an experienced Financial Planner, Carolyn derives great personal satisfaction from helping you achieve your goals through high quality personal advice. In conjunction with the usual superannuation, insurance and retirement planning, Carolyn she has become particularly experienced in helping women learn how to manage their finances, assisting them in becoming more knowledgeable, more experienced and financially independent. She believes in working one on one with clients to provide encouragement and support whilst bringing to fruition their financial plan.
She has worked in the Financial Services Industry in Perth WA for the last 20 years, and over that time gained experience in Banking, Funds Management and Financial Planning. She has completed her studies to become a Certified Financial Planner.
In 2005, she had the pleasure to take on the most demanding role of her life, being blessed with a son and then two years later a daughter. Life hasn’t been the same, since!

Outside of the office you will generally find Scott at his beloved North Bondi beach where his summers are spent as a volunteer lifesaver, and no he is not on Bondi Rescue.

Andrew can proudly boast over 20 years’ experience within the financial advisory industry, working for both major financial institutions and small boutique practices.

Morris comes from a detailed equities background specifically providing a wealth of knowledge for client’s looking to invest and seek advice in the Australian share market. With over 12 years of customer service expertise, he brings a passion for servicing clients.
Morris’ entrepreneurial spirit has led him to where he is today and you will find his enthusiasm and genuine desire to assist you both unique and infectious. No job is too big or too small for him and he loves being able to assist clients on a daily basis.
Outside of work, you will find Morris teaching at his beloved youth group community, or keeping fit in the gym as part of his rigorous personal training regime.

Khanh is the newest member of PWG's lending team. She’s enjoyed many years running her own business which has taught her to take ownership and continually strive for 100% in all she does.
When Khanh was presented with an opportunity to get into the world of lending, she embraced the challenge and hasn’t looked back. Detail oriented and a thinker, she takes great pride in supporting her team and ensuring their success. As Special Counsel for Partners Legal, Nick brings with him a wealth of knowledge and vast array of experience, spanning over 30 years.
Before joining Partners Legal, Nick was a Barrister at the Victorian Bar for over 16 years, and is also a qualified Mediator, appearing as an advocate in all Australian Courts and Tribunals.
Nick has a broad range of dispute resolution expertise on general commercial disputes, insolvency and reconstruction matters, banking, securities and corporations regulatory enforcement matters, real property and leasehold disputes, owners corporation disputes, planning and environment disputes, shareholders disputes, estate litigation, and occupational health & safety claims.
When Nick isn’t resolving client disputes, he can be found on his local bowling green, supporting the Demons or eyeing up the classic Mustang market.
Olivia joined Partners Wealth Group as Customer Experience Coordinator in mid-2019 and moved into the lending department towards the end of 2019. Olivia brings a wealth of experience in customer service, which equipped her with the knowledge and expertise to maximise client experience satisfaction. It is Olivia’s role to ensure that client experience is fulfilled in accordance with the core principles and culture that Partners Wealth Group practice.
Olivia’s intrepid upbringing saw her live in multiple different country’s growing up, including the UAE, Chile, Hong Kong, The UK and Spain. Being introduced to new cultures so frequently is where Olivia developed confidence in building relationships and a fearless outlook when faced with new challenges.
Olivia enjoys good fashion, friends and food. Outside of work, her favourite pass time is spending time with her “(wo)man’s best friend”, Tyson. Olivia has a passion for singing and is a trained Jazz vocalist.
Having completed a brief stint at University and a short career on the rugby pitch, Angus found a home in the equipment finance industry. The following decade would be spent applying his trade to all forms of applications, products and services across industries from Agriculture to Woodworking and all stops in between.
Angus’ dedication to personalised service and “walking the extra mile” for his customers is something he is immensely proud of and one on which strong relationships are born. He has sound experience in funding for new business ventures, all the way through to multinational organisations.

Andrew grew up on a sheep and grain property in Narrandera, an hour’s drive from Wagga Wagga, South West of Sydney in NSW’s Riverina district. He left Narrandera in 1992 to attend boarding school in Sydney and has stayed in Sydney ever since.
Having flirted with the idea of becoming a journalist, in 2003 he found his place in the equipment finance world.

Leigh joined Partners Wealth Group in early 2018 overseeing the Paraplanning & Compliance divisions. He holds a Masters of Finance degree along with being a qualified Chartered Accountant.
He brought with him over 7 years’ experience in the financial services industry predominately in superannuation and wealth management, and has demonstrated track record of building and maintaining relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Emphasis placed upon innovation, communication, consistency and process re-engineering.
Outside of the office, Leigh loves getting involved in all sports, having played soccer for the last 15 years and loves supporting the mighty Hawks in the AFL.
Kevin joined Partners Wealth Group in 2016 after making a transition from the solar industry where he worked in project delivery.
Throughout university, he studied a bachelor of commerce majoring in finance and a bachelor of mechanical engineering. Whilst at PWG, he completed a diploma of financial planning.
kevin enjoys working with other finance team members and prides himself on maintaining a calm focus whilst working to ensure deliverables are met within the paraplanning team.

Jacqueline is the Executive Assistant to the Head of Wealth, Patrick Barry. They work closely to grow and maintain the Business Development & Financial Advice aspects of the Wealth Team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional outcomes to all.
Jacqueline also works in an administrative capacity, with the Head of Advisor Development, George Hluchaniuk, in the set-up and running of the Associate Advisor Academy and all things relating to our Authorised Representatives under the Partners Wealth Group AFSL.
Jacqueline has over 22 years administrative experience spanning across the military and 2 of the Big Banks, thus bringing to Partners Wealth Group, a broad knowledge base in not only admin, but also IT, Accounting and Business Process Improvements.
Jacqueline is very much an outdoors girl, loves her water-sports and has even represented Australia in her chosen sport of Dragon Boating. These days, you will find her rock-climbing, hiking mountains, diving shipwrecks or studying in her spare time.
With a passion for Client relationships and small businesses, Kia spent the first 10 years of her career in boutique accounting firms in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, with her most recent role as Practice Manager and Partner.
Since joining Partners Wealth Group 3 years ago, Kia draws on her experience to support Managing Director, Mathew Cassidy in all aspects of his role, while also overseeing Client Experience and the smooth running of the office.

As the senior management accountant at Partners Wealth Group, Caris works closely with all stakeholders to understand their needs and to help them achieve financial and operational excellence. With an emphasis on bringing value to every day interactions, Caris believes strategy is all about the long-term relationship and bringing the vision to life through innovative, efficient and effective day to day execution.
In her spare time, Caris can often be found baking or trying out the latest café and has a love of shopping, interesting textiles and plants.
Victoria joined Partners Wealth Group in August 2019 as a Senior Management Accountant with over six years experience in business advisory, accounting and taxation working in professional practice as well as business partnering for a professional sporting team. Victoria graduated in 2012 from RMIT with a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ).
As a senior management accountant, Victoria partners with internal stakeholders to assist in achieving their business goals. Acting as a trusted advisor, Victoria places importance on developing strong relationships with those around her to best understand their needs with a view to improve processes and create efficiencies to provide greater business insights.
In her spare time, Victoria enjoys trying out some of Melbourne’s great restaurants and cafes, following AFL and keeping active.
Louise has spent the last 5 years working in England and trying to travel as much of Europe as possible.
After finally deciding to relocate back to Australia once and for all, Louise joined us in 2019 as our Client Experience Co-ordinator.
As Client Experience Co-ordinator, one of Louise’s main responsibilities is ensuring a consistent, positive experience for all Partners Wealth Group clients. Having worked in various high-pressured environments Louise has great attention to detail and prides herself on always trying to go above and beyond for clients and creating a warm and welcoming environment in reception.
Some fun facts about Louise: She has a diploma in Performing Arts, used to teach children’s acrobatics and was a dancer in the 2006 Melbourne Commonwealth Games closing ceremony.
In her spare time, you will often find Louise in a yoga studio or volunteering for the live music company Sofar Sounds.
Hannah joined Partners Wealth Group as Client Experience Assistant in October 2019, after completing an internship in the lending department. Currently, Hannah is working back in the lending team, while completing her Bachelor of Commerce degree at Monash University, majoring in Finance and Economics and is excited to make the most of her opportunity and continue learning while at Partners Wealth Group.
Originally from Canberra, Hannah moved to Melbourne 3 years ago for university, and lived on campus for the first 2 years of her degree. While living on campus, Hannah immersed herself in the culture and held a senior leadership role in her final year at college.
Hannah has a strong background in reception and hospitality roles, which has resulted in her priding herself on building positive client relationships, and providing impeccable customer service.
When Hannah isn’t studying or working, you will find her playing AFL for the Senior Women’s Monash Blues team. Hannah enjoys playing the guitar, spending time with family and friends, and supporting her beloved St Kilda Football team.
After arriving back in Australia from a Collegiate Sporting Scholarship in America, Tom spent 4 years working in operations and management positions at a boutique credit agency.
Recently, he graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Finance and Economics. Shortly after, he started in Wealth division at Partners Wealth Group as a Client Service's Officer.
Tom will be working closely with the advisers and clients to deliver the best possible outcomes related to the implementation processes of financial plans. Tom loves interacting with diverse range of clients and improving their experience by any means necessary.

Gary has spent thirty years working in I.T. functional areas such as Strategy, Application Development, Technical Services, Production Services and CIO. This experience has spanned the Banking and Finance industry, Manufacturing, Gaming and also Professional Services in Australia, Asia and the UK. He has a real interest in the effective use of technology as a business enabler, Automated Operations and managing I.T. assets in a more automated manner.

Claire Van Raay joined us in 2018 as a part-time estate planning Lawyer, bringing her experience in producing tailored estate planning documents including Wills, Powers of Attorney and Superannuation death benefit nominations. She also provides our clients with the legal support needed when administering deceased estates.
Claire is down to earth and loves getting to know you and your family so that she understands your estate planning objectives and works hard at meeting them. No family dynamic ruffles her feathers. Over her many years working in this area, and in the corporate environment, she advocates strongly for her clients to achieve the best possible outcomes, whilst also, through her natural compassion and authenticity, helps our clients through the more difficult or uncomfortable times.

Dylan joined Partners Wealth Group in 2016 assisting the team as a client services officer/technology whisperer. Prior to this Dylan spent 8 years as a customer relations specialist in multiple establishments across Perth. His strengths lie in customer relations, IT Knowledge and knowledge of the various systems we use.
Dylan holds a Diploma of Accounting and Certificate IV in Information Technology, and outside of work he loves to play both indoor & outdoor soccer.

Anthony joined us in June 2019, bringing experience in financial planning and investments through his previous graduate and internship roles. He holds a Master of Finance and Diploma of Financial Planning and plans on finishing his CFA studies, along with further Financial Planning education.
Anthony cherishes building close relationships with clients and enjoys working closely with advisers to ensure your financial plans and goals are met. He has future aspirations to become an adviser.
In his spare time, you will find Anthony perfecting his latte art at his family’s bakery or dedicating his time to his amateur football team, Westnam, where he is the player manager. He is a passionate Liverpool supporter and has two dogs at home who keep him busy.
Khanh is the newest member of PWG's lending team. She’s enjoyed many years running her own business which has taught her to take ownership and continually strive for 100% in all she does.
When Khanh was presented with an opportunity to get into the world of lending, she embraced the challenge and hasn’t looked back. Detail oriented and a thinker, she takes great pride in supporting her team and ensuring their success. Khanh really enjoys being able to assist people towards achieving their goals and finds this to be a fantastic and rewarding process.
Outside of the office, Khanh is an avid indoor plant collector, and on weekends she never misses an opportunity to trawl through markets to find a bargain with her family in tow.
Jacklyn has a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Melbourne. With an interest and a knack for problem-solving, she is continuously honing her skills and expanding her technical knowledge in the field of SMSF. Jacklyn is also a specialist member of the SMSF Association (SSAud).

Jack joined Partners Wealth Group in early 2019 after taking a year off post university to travel the globe. At university, Jack studied a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Melbourne (Majoring in Finance and Accounting)

As Special Counsel for Partners Legal, Nick brings with him a wealth of knowledge and vast array of experience, spanning over 30 years.
Before joining Partners Legal, Nick was a Barrister at the Victorian Bar for over 16 years, and is also a qualified Mediator, appearing as an advocate in all Australian Courts and Tribunals.
Nick has a broad range of dispute resolution expertise on general commercial disputes, insolvency and reconstruction matters, banking, securities and corporations regulatory enforcement matters, real property and leasehold disputes, owners corporation disputes, planning and environment disputes, shareholders disputes, estate litigation, and occupational health & safety claims.
When Nick isn’t resolving client disputes, he can be found on his local bowling green, supporting the Demons or eyeing up the classic Mustang market.
Olivia joined Partners Wealth Group as Customer Experience Coordinator in mid-2019 and moved into the lending department towards the end of 2019. Olivia brings a wealth of experience in customer service, which equipped her with the knowledge and expertise to maximise client experience satisfaction. It is Olivia’s role to ensure that client experience is fulfilled in accordance with the core principles and culture that Partners Wealth Group practice.
Olivia’s intrepid upbringing saw her live in multiple different country’s growing up, including the UAE, Chile, Hong Kong, The UK and Spain. Being introduced to new cultures so frequently is where Olivia developed confidence in building relationships and a fearless outlook when faced with new challenges.
Olivia enjoys good fashion, friends and food. Outside of work, her favourite pass time is spending time with her “(wo)man’s best friend”, Tyson. Olivia has a passion for singing and is a trained Jazz vocalist.
Having completed a brief stint at University and a short career on the rugby pitch, Angus found a home in the equipment finance industry. The following decade would be spent applying his trade to all forms of applications, products and services across industries from Agriculture to Woodworking and all stops in between.
Angus’ dedication to personalised service and “walking the extra mile” for his customers is something he is immensely proud of and one on which strong relationships are born. He has sound experience in funding for new business ventures, all the way through to multinational organisations.
Angus holds a diploma in Financial Services (Mortgage & Finance Broking) and is a member of the Commercial Asset Finance Brokers Association of Australia (CAFBA).

Andrew grew up on a sheep and grain property in Narrandera, an hour’s drive from Wagga Wagga, South West of Sydney in NSW’s Riverina district. He left Narrandera in 1992 to attend boarding school in Sydney and has stayed in Sydney ever since.
Having flirted with the idea of becoming a journalist, in 2003 he found his place in the equipment finance world.
Andrew’s passion is listening to business’ needs and finding the right products and services for them. By understanding more than just the immediate equipment requirements, providing greater business solutions, and having a genuine desire to help clients fulfil their goals, many clients have become friends which is his ultimate reward.

Leigh joined Partners Wealth Group in early 2018 overseeing the Paraplanning & Compliance divisions. He holds a Masters of Finance degree along with being a qualified Chartered Accountant.
He brought with him over 7 years’ experience in the financial services industry predominately in superannuation and wealth management, and has demonstrated track record of building and maintaining relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Emphasis placed upon innovation, communication, consistency and process re-engineering.
Outside of the office, Leigh loves getting involved in all sports, having played soccer for the last 15 years and loves supporting the mighty Hawks in the AFL.
Kevin joined Partners Wealth Group in 2016 after making a transition from the solar industry where he worked in project delivery.
Throughout university, he studied a bachelor of commerce majoring in finance and a bachelor of mechanical engineering. Whilst at PWG, he completed a diploma of financial planning.
kevin enjoys working with other finance team members and prides himself on maintaining a calm focus whilst working to ensure deliverables are met within the paraplanning team.
On his spare time, Kevin likes to go skiing in the snow and doing ballroom dancing.
Jacqueline is the Executive Assistant to the Head of Wealth, Patrick Barry. They work closely to grow and maintain the Business Development & Financial Advice aspects of the Wealth Team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional outcomes to all.
Jacqueline also works in an administrative capacity, with the Head of Advisor Development, George Hluchaniuk, in the set-up and running of the Associate Advisor Academy and all things relating to our Authorised Representatives under the Partners Wealth Group AFSL.
Jacqueline has over 22 years administrative experience spanning across the military and 2 of the Big Banks, thus bringing to Partners Wealth Group, a broad knowledge base in not only admin, but also IT, Accounting and Business Process Improvements.
Jacqueline is very much an outdoors girl, loves her water-sports and has even represented Australia in her chosen sport of Dragon Boating. These days, you will find her rock-climbing, hiking mountains, diving shipwrecks or studying in her spare time.
With a passion for Client relationships and small businesses, Kia spent the first 10 years of her career in boutique accounting firms in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, with her most recent role as Practice Manager and Partner.
Since joining Partners Wealth Group 3 years ago, Kia draws on her experience to support Managing Director, Mathew Cassidy in all aspects of his role, while also overseeing Client Experience and the smooth running of the office.
Outside of work, you will find Kia enjoying herself equally in the ocean trying to get up on a surfboard, at a live music gig, or with family and friends indulging in culinary experiences.”
Caris joined Partners Wealth Group in early 2011 as a graduate accountant from University of Melbourne, having completed a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Accounting and Marketing) and is now a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA).
As the senior management accountant at Partners Wealth Group, Caris works closely with all stakeholders to understand their needs and to help them achieve financial and operational excellence. With an emphasis on bringing value to every day interactions, Caris believes strategy is all about the long-term relationship and bringing the vision to life through innovative, efficient and effective day to day execution.
In her spare time, Caris can often be found baking or trying out the latest café and has a love of shopping, interesting textiles and plants.
Victoria joined Partners Wealth Group in August 2019 as a Senior Management Accountant with over six years experience in business advisory, accounting and taxation working in professional practice as well as business partnering for a professional sporting team. Victoria graduated in 2012 from RMIT with a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ).
As a senior management accountant, Victoria partners with internal stakeholders to assist in achieving their business goals. Acting as a trusted advisor, Victoria places importance on developing strong relationships with those around her to best understand their needs with a view to improve processes and create efficiencies to provide greater business insights.
In her spare time, Victoria enjoys trying out some of Melbourne’s great restaurants and cafes, following AFL and keeping active.
Louise has spent the last 5 years working in England and trying to travel as much of Europe as possible.
After finally deciding to relocate back to Australia once and for all, Louise joined us in 2019 as our Client Experience Co-ordinator.
As Client Experience Co-ordinator, one of Louise’s main responsibilities is ensuring a consistent, positive experience for all Partners Wealth Group clients. Having worked in various high-pressured environments Louise has great attention to detail and prides herself on always trying to go above and beyond for clients and creating a warm and welcoming environment in reception.
Some fun facts about Louise: She has a diploma in Performing Arts, used to teach children’s acrobatics and was a dancer in the 2006 Melbourne Commonwealth Games closing ceremony.
In her spare time, you will often find Louise in a yoga studio or volunteering for the live music company Sofar Sounds.
Hannah joined Partners Wealth Group as Client Experience Assistant in October 2019, after completing an internship in the lending department. Currently, Hannah is working back in the lending team, while completing her Bachelor of Commerce degree at Monash University, majoring in Finance and Economics and is excited to make the most of her opportunity and continue learning while at Partners Wealth Group.
Originally from Canberra, Hannah moved to Melbourne 3 years ago for university, and lived on campus for the first 2 years of her degree. While living on campus, Hannah immersed herself in the culture and held a senior leadership role in her final year at college.
Hannah has a strong background in reception and hospitality roles, which has resulted in her priding herself on building positive client relationships, and providing impeccable customer service.
When Hannah isn’t studying or working, you will find her playing AFL for the Senior Women’s Monash Blues team. Hannah enjoys playing the guitar, spending time with family and friends, and supporting her beloved St Kilda Football team.
After arriving back in Australia from a Collegiate Sporting Scholarship in America, Tom spent 4 years working in operations and management positions at a boutique credit agency.
Recently, he graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Finance and Economics. Shortly after, he started in Wealth division at Partners Wealth Group as a Client Service's Officer.
Tom will be working closely with the advisers and clients to deliver the best possible outcomes related to the implementation processes of financial plans. Tom loves interacting with diverse range of clients and improving their experience by any means necessary.
On the weekends, when Tom isn't playing basketball for the Southern Sabres in the NBL1, he also enjoys discovering new Mexican restaurants to eat and drink at.

He has a real interest in the effective use of technology as a business enabler, Automated Operations and managing I.T. assets in a more automated manner.

When not sitting in front of a computer screen, Leon loves to inhabit the organic world, working on his backyard plant nursery and being immersed in nature by travel and hiking.
As the financial controller at Partners Wealth Group, Richard oversees operational excellence, strategic direction and the day-to-day finances. He has over 15 years of hands-on experience working with the SME market providing accounting, taxation, growth and advisory services in an outsourced and professional capacity. Richard is a member of Chartered Accounts Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ) and holds a post-graduate certificate in Entrepreneurship and innovation.
Richard is a firm believer of ‘what gets measured, gets done’, and as such his commercial advice and strategic initiatives, are underpinned by data driven approach supported by strong accounting and taxation acumen.

Originally educated in New Zealand, Florian began his career in accounting before moving to Melbourne in 2011 and joining Partners Wealth Group.
Moving steadily up in the group, Florian soon became the Practice Manager where he developed a strong interest in how the business and the industry actually function.
Today, as the Group’s Operations & Innovation Manager, Florian works to constantly evaluate and improve technology, systems and processes to help ensure everything works like clockwork for you, our valued clients. Claire Van Raay joined us in 2018 as a part-time estate planning Lawyer, bringing her experience in producing tailored estate planning documents including Wills, Powers of Attorney and Superannuation death benefit nominations. She also provides our clients with the legal support needed when administering deceased estates.
Claire is down to earth and loves getting to know you and your family so that she understands your estate planning objectives and works hard at meeting them. No family dynamic ruffles her feathers. Over her many years working in this area, and in the corporate environment, she advocates strongly for her clients to achieve the best possible outcomes, whilst also, through her natural compassion and authenticity, helps our clients through the more difficult or uncomfortable times.

In his spare time, you will find Anthony perfecting his latte art at his family’s bakery or dedicating his time to his amateur football team, Westnam, where he is the player manager. He is a passionate Liverpool supporter and has two dogs at home who keep him busy.
Khanh is the newest member of PWG's lending team. She’s enjoyed many years running her own business which has taught her to take ownership and continually strive for 100% in all she does.
When Khanh was presented with an opportunity to get into the world of lending, she embraced the challenge and hasn’t looked back. Detail oriented and a thinker, she takes great pride in supporting her team and ensuring their success. Khanh really enjoys being able to assist people towards achieving their goals and finds this to be a fantastic and rewarding process.
Outside of the office, Khanh is an avid indoor plant collector, and on weekends she never misses an opportunity to trawl through markets to find a bargain with her family in tow.
Jacklyn has a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Melbourne. With an interest and a knack for problem-solving, she is continuously honing her skills and expanding her technical knowledge in the field of SMSF. Jacklyn is also a specialist member of the SMSF Association (SSAud).
With her cooperative and gentle nature, Jacklyn enjoys collaborating with her team members and clients. In her free time, she takes delight in playing the flute and baking. She is also a frequent attendee of ballets and musicals.
Jack joined Partners Wealth Group in early 2019 after taking a year off post university to travel the globe. At university, Jack studied a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Melbourne (Majoring in Finance and Accounting)
Since joining Partners Wealth Group, Jack has shown an eagerness to learn and prides himself on his ability to provide a high level of efficient service to all clients. Jack has worked closely with Thomas Napier and as a team they deliver a wide array of investment, superannuation and insurance advice to their clients.
In his spare time, you will see Jack running around in the VAFA playing football for the University Blacks football club and supporting his beloved Brisbane Lions.
As Special Counsel for Partners Legal, Nick brings with him a wealth of knowledge and vast array of experience, spanning over 30 years.
Before joining Partners Legal, Nick was a Barrister at the Victorian Bar for over 16 years, and is also a qualified Mediator, appearing as an advocate in all Australian Courts and Tribunals.
Nick has a broad range of dispute resolution expertise on general commercial disputes, insolvency and reconstruction matters, banking, securities and corporations regulatory enforcement matters, real property and leasehold disputes, owners corporation disputes, planning and environment disputes, shareholders disputes, estate litigation, and occupational health & safety claims.
When Nick isn’t resolving client disputes, he can be found on his local bowling green, supporting the Demons or eyeing up the classic Mustang market.
Olivia joined Partners Wealth Group as Customer Experience Coordinator in mid-2019 and moved into the lending department towards the end of 2019. Olivia brings a wealth of experience in customer service, which equipped her with the knowledge and expertise to maximise client experience satisfaction. It is Olivia’s role to ensure that client experience is fulfilled in accordance with the core principles and culture that Partners Wealth Group practice.
Olivia’s intrepid upbringing saw her live in multiple different country’s growing up, including the UAE, Chile, Hong Kong, The UK and Spain. Being introduced to new cultures so frequently is where Olivia developed confidence in building relationships and a fearless outlook when faced with new challenges.
Olivia enjoys good fashion, friends and food. Outside of work, her favourite pass time is spending time with her “(wo)man’s best friend”, Tyson. Olivia has a passion for singing and is a trained Jazz vocalist.
Having completed a brief stint at University and a short career on the rugby pitch, Angus found a home in the equipment finance industry. The following decade would be spent applying his trade to all forms of applications, products and services across industries from Agriculture to Woodworking and all stops in between.
Angus’ dedication to personalised service and “walking the extra mile” for his customers is something he is immensely proud of and one on which strong relationships are born. He has sound experience in funding for new business ventures, all the way through to multinational organisations.
Angus holds a diploma in Financial Services (Mortgage & Finance Broking) and is a member of the Commercial Asset Finance Brokers Association of Australia (CAFBA).
When not taking care of his clients, Angus enjoys spending time with wife Sophie, daughter Isobel and son Lachlan, on the golf course, at the rugby or on his farm outside of Sydney in Oberon.
Andrew grew up on a sheep and grain property in Narrandera, an hour’s drive from Wagga Wagga, South West of Sydney in NSW’s Riverina district. He left Narrandera in 1992 to attend boarding school in Sydney and has stayed in Sydney ever since.
Having flirted with the idea of becoming a journalist, in 2003 he found his place in the equipment finance world.
Andrew’s passion is listening to business’ needs and finding the right products and services for them. By understanding more than just the immediate equipment requirements, providing greater business solutions, and having a genuine desire to help clients fulfil their goals, many clients have become friends which is his ultimate reward.

After completing his studies in business Will immediately entered the equipment finance broking industry where he has specialised for nearly 15 years providing expert service to a variety of businesses and individuals.
Through his personable nature, industry expertise and market knowledge Will has shown he is adept at managing the needs of all clients whether they are individuals seeking their first finance approval or broking large funding lines for established multinational organisations with complex company structures.
Will has extensive experience with all business types in a vast array of industries including construction, earthmoving and automotive. Will has shown over the years, an ability to quickly build a strong rapport with his clients based on trust and a distinct focus on service. His passion for customer service is the hallmark of Will’s approach to business.

As the Business / Data Analyst for Partners Wealth Group, Dom is responsible for translating stakeholder requirements to technical specifications, the technical execution of system implementations, data engineering and business intelligence development.
As a father of two Dom enjoys spending time with his family as well as days at the beach or hiking through the forest.

Leigh joined Partners Wealth Group in early 2018 overseeing the Paraplanning & Compliance divisions. He holds a Masters of Finance degree along with being a qualified Chartered Accountant.
He brought with him over 7 years’ experience in the financial services industry predominately in superannuation and wealth management, and has demonstrated track record of building and maintaining relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Emphasis placed upon innovation, communication, consistency and process re-engineering.
Outside of the office, Leigh loves getting involved in all sports, having played soccer for the last 15 years and loves supporting the mighty Hawks in the AFL.
Kevin joined Partners Wealth Group in 2016 after making a transition from the solar industry where he worked in project delivery.
Throughout university, he studied a bachelor of commerce majoring in finance and a bachelor of mechanical engineering. Whilst at PWG, he completed a diploma of financial planning.
kevin enjoys working with other finance team members and prides himself on maintaining a calm focus whilst working to ensure deliverables are met within the paraplanning team.
On his spare time, Kevin likes to go skiing in the snow and doing ballroom dancing.
Jacqueline is the Executive Assistant to the Head of Wealth, Patrick Barry. They work closely to grow and maintain the Business Development & Financial Advice aspects of the Wealth Team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional outcomes to all.
Jacqueline also works in an administrative capacity, with the Head of Advisor Development, George Hluchaniuk, in the set-up and running of the Associate Advisor Academy and all things relating to our Authorised Representatives under the Partners Wealth Group AFSL.
Jacqueline has over 22 years administrative experience spanning across the military and 2 of the Big Banks, thus bringing to Partners Wealth Group, a broad knowledge base in not only admin, but also IT, Accounting and Business Process Improvements.
Jacqueline is very much an outdoors girl, loves her water-sports and has even represented Australia in her chosen sport of Dragon Boating. These days, you will find her rock-climbing, hiking mountains, diving shipwrecks or studying in her spare time.
With a passion for Client relationships and small businesses, Kia spent the first 10 years of her career in boutique accounting firms in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, with her most recent role as Practice Manager and Partner.
Since joining Partners Wealth Group 3 years ago, Kia draws on her experience to support Managing Director, Mathew Cassidy in all aspects of his role, while also overseeing Client Experience and the smooth running of the office.
Outside of work, you will find Kia enjoying herself equally in the ocean trying to get up on a surfboard, at a live music gig, or with family and friends indulging in culinary experiences.”
Caris joined Partners Wealth Group in early 2011 as a graduate accountant from University of Melbourne, having completed a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Accounting and Marketing) and is now a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA).
As the senior management accountant at Partners Wealth Group, Caris works closely with all stakeholders to understand their needs and to help them achieve financial and operational excellence. With an emphasis on bringing value to every day interactions, Caris believes strategy is all about the long-term relationship and bringing the vision to life through innovative, efficient and effective day to day execution.
In her spare time, Caris can often be found baking or trying out the latest café and has a love of shopping, interesting textiles and plants.
Victoria joined Partners Wealth Group in August 2019 as a Senior Management Accountant with over six years experience in business advisory, accounting and taxation working in professional practice as well as business partnering for a professional sporting team. Victoria graduated in 2012 from RMIT with a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ).
As a senior management accountant, Victoria partners with internal stakeholders to assist in achieving their business goals. Acting as a trusted advisor, Victoria places importance on developing strong relationships with those around her to best understand their needs with a view to improve processes and create efficiencies to provide greater business insights.
In her spare time, Victoria enjoys trying out some of Melbourne’s great restaurants and cafes, following AFL and keeping active.
Louise has spent the last 5 years working in England and trying to travel as much of Europe as possible.
After finally deciding to relocate back to Australia once and for all, Louise joined us in 2019 as our Client Experience Co-ordinator.
As Client Experience Co-ordinator, one of Louise’s main responsibilities is ensuring a consistent, positive experience for all Partners Wealth Group clients. Having worked in various high-pressured environments Louise has great attention to detail and prides herself on always trying to go above and beyond for clients and creating a warm and welcoming environment in reception.
Some fun facts about Louise: She has a diploma in Performing Arts, used to teach children’s acrobatics and was a dancer in the 2006 Melbourne Commonwealth Games closing ceremony.
In her spare time, you will often find Louise in a yoga studio or volunteering for the live music company Sofar Sounds.
Hannah joined Partners Wealth Group as Client Experience Assistant in October 2019, after completing an internship in the lending department. Currently, Hannah is working back in the lending team, while completing her Bachelor of Commerce degree at Monash University, majoring in Finance and Economics and is excited to make the most of her opportunity and continue learning while at Partners Wealth Group.
Originally from Canberra, Hannah moved to Melbourne 3 years ago for university, and lived on campus for the first 2 years of her degree. While living on campus, Hannah immersed herself in the culture and held a senior leadership role in her final year at college.
Hannah has a strong background in reception and hospitality roles, which has resulted in her priding herself on building positive client relationships, and providing impeccable customer service.
When Hannah isn’t studying or working, you will find her playing AFL for the Senior Women’s Monash Blues team. Hannah enjoys playing the guitar, spending time with family and friends, and supporting her beloved St Kilda Football team.
After arriving back in Australia from a Collegiate Sporting Scholarship in America, Tom spent 4 years working in operations and management positions at a boutique credit agency.
Recently, he graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Finance and Economics. Shortly after, he started in Wealth division at Partners Wealth Group as a Client Service's Officer.
Tom will be working closely with the advisers and clients to deliver the best possible outcomes related to the implementation processes of financial plans. Tom loves interacting with diverse range of clients and improving their experience by any means necessary.
On the weekends, when Tom isn't playing basketball for the Southern Sabres in the NBL1, he also enjoys discovering new Mexican restaurants to eat and drink at.
