Adam Carafa

Adam joined Partners Lending in 2023 as a Commercial Lending Associate. Adam’s role in the Partners Lending team is to work alongside the advisors and assist in the process of evaluating and managing commercial loan applications.

Whilst Adam was studying to obtain his Bachelor of Business Degree at RMIT, he worked as a labourer for two years. Adam was required to help manage a worksite daily and learned great leadership skills along the way. Adam has also worked as a sales representative at Drummond Golf, where he learnt how to provide quality customer service and develop great sales techniques. Through his past work experience, Adam brings a passionate mindset and a client-first mentality to his role at Partners Wealth Group.

Adam was attracted to this role in commercial finance as it allows him to engage with diverse businesses and analyse financial data to make informed decisions for our valued clients. Adam was extremely impressed with the culture and connection within the team at Partners Wealth Group, and he was delighted to take on the role and begin developing a great deal of skills along the way.

Outside of work, Adam is a sports lover. He spends lots of time watching and playing all sports. During the winter months, Adam focuses on playing Australian Rules football. When it gets warmer, he enjoys playing golf with his mates down in the Mornington Peninsula. Adam’s favourite team to follow is the Carlton Football Club and you’ll often find him supporting them at the MCG. Other than his passion for sport, Adam enjoys developing his cooking and gardening skills and, in particular, growing vegetables!
