Evelyn Gardis

Evelyn is a highly experienced lawyer with more than 27 years’ legal experience spanning wills and estates, property, business, financial and corporate matters.

As a Partner in our Wealth practice, Evelyn advises individuals and families on estate planning, probate, estate administration, and succession law. Her broad legal and commercial experience enables her to understand the property, business and financial structures that often sit behind more complex estate and succession planning.

Evelyn has particular experience in complex Wills and testamentary trusts, asset protection and succession planning, superannuation death benefits, complex estate administration and contested estates. She works closely with clients and their accountants, financial advisers and other professional advisers to provide practical, considered advice tailored to their individual circumstances and objectives.

Evelyn holds a Master of Laws (Applied Law – Wills & Estates) and is based in our Sydney office.
