Sarah Robb

Sarah Robb is Advisor to the Board at Partners Wealth Group, bringing deep experience in shaping people strategy for complex, global organisations. She is recognised for her ability to support boards and executive leaders through periods of growth, change and organisational complexity, with a focus on building sustainable, high performing cultures that support long term outcomes.

With a background spanning senior leadership roles in global technology organisation Google, Sarah has worked closely with executive teams across multiple regions, including the Americas, Asia Pacific and the United States. Her work has involved advising senior leaders on organisational design, leadership effectiveness and executive partnership, drawing on a strong understanding of how people strategy underpins commercial and strategic decision making. She is valued for her clear judgement, cross cultural perspective and practical approach to transformation.

Sarah now lives in Australia with her husband and two teenage children.
